Like a dream, beautiful apartment reflecting the beauty of the city of Florence.

A beautiful, spacious, clean apartment with gorgeous art work, high ceilings, quiet area, with easy distance to main attractions. The hosts were incredibly gracious and treated us like family.

We had a problem with the fridge and within a couple hours or less it was fixed/replaced. Amazingly helpful hosts!

Fantastic

We travelled with our family - teenage kids, my mother-in-law and brother-in-law and the place was fantastic - giving everyone space as well as family areas. The art was lovely. We were able to walk everywhere and my mother-in-law was able to use the tram. Overall a fantastic place that really made our stay in Florence.

Very nice apartment located an easy walk from the tram line.

Espresso machine was available, no breakfast provided. We cooked dinner two nights and the kitchen was well stocked. All appliances worked as expected.

Beautiful stay in downtown Florence

Clean and large and a great location. Really lovely space with a good kitchen. The host was so kind and was concerned for our comfort. Any questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

WOnderful, huge place.

It is a little bit away from the center of town. Just a few minutes walk to get to the center. Wonderful quiet location. Huge place, it was fabulous.

We had a problem with the cooling the first night, but got it cleared up the next day. The host did everything to make sure we were comfortable.

We were greeted by lovely Miss Baby who made us very welcome at this beautiful apartment. We absolutely loved the space and the amenities provided. Walk to and from town was easy... We would loved to have stayed longer.

Beautiful apartment. Literally looks like an art gallery. The host was very helpful and responsive. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the location is great, short walk from a tram and bus stop

The location is great, quiet , Convenient with nice neighborhood vibes. A/C system is weak to cool.

The air conditioners units are old as their effectiveness to cool the space down is marginal. One of the bathroom window is located next to the entire building's equipment heat exhaust structure resulting in hot air and heat seeping-in. Perhaps triple pane window would help there.

Excellent place to stay in Florence. Clean, very large rooms, good air conditioning for our summer stay. Property manager was excellent as well, great communication and he went above and beyond.

Luxurious, quiet and clean, perfect for a family

Luxurious, spacious, convenient, clean, modern.

Very small elevator. Frightening to get in. Wasn’t working at some point during the stay so had to walk up the steps. Confusing written instructions for trash and recycling handling.

Perfect location.. almost walking distance from the main station.. property is big, nice drawing rooms and spacious bed rooms.. big TV in the main drawing room.. every possible utensil in the kitchen..

Lift was very small.. u end up taking multiple rounds if u have lot of luggage.. also if u like to take public transport, then bus stop is a little away..

Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom flat with all the best amenities.

The property was in a great location. Walkable to the Marketplace and the Tour locations. The Galleria is beautiful with nice amenities. One of few Locations that has a clothes washer and dryer. It just took quite a bit longer to dry the clothes, but we were very thankful to have use of it. Thank you for an amazing stay!
