Comfortable and a nice spacious flat exactly what was needed bar the missing loo paper.
Spacious flat, comfortable and a good base, shops close, seems a quiet place.
No toilet paper! Luckily shops very close but it would have been more comfortable to use the facilities before having to run out to the shop!
No idea what to do with the rubbish? No flat number so no idea which wheelie bin was for that property, no idea if the recycling for that area is the same as home, and there was no information to advise on this, we ended up leaving the rubbish as we felt this was better than making a mistake. Also no advice on if we should strip the beds? We did decide to do this. A simple guide to the property would have helped these last queries.

Great way to finish off our Scotland adventures.
Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. Adequate amount of towels and pillows provided. Lots of empty space, very useful if you have plenty of luggage. Central heating and hot water worked like magic after we figured out how to use it. TV had services loaded so we could jump straight on YouTube or others.
Towels were clean but not dried properly so they had that smell to them. Outside of the building was not promising (but inside great), and the garden overgrown.

Bleak and disappointing
Spacious, responsive host and inexpensive.
The apartment itself was so unkempt. There were so many weeds outside it honestly looked slightly like an abandoned building. The smell of dampness hit us as soon as we arrived inside the apartment. We appreciate it is an old building but the apartment needs to be aired &/or heated to remove the cold dampness before guests arrive.
Sadly, the cleanliness wasn't great either. Cobwebs hanging from the bathroom ceiling, dirt around the floor of the toilet, the toilet brush was disgusting. Dubious substances on a decorative cushion in the twin bedroom. The bed hadn't been pulled out in goodness knows how long. There was a wall of cobwebs between the bed and the wall. We ended up pulling the beds out & cleaning behind. The twin room & it was nearly as bad. The standard of cleaning was poor.
It was very stark & unwelcoming. More furniture, such as somewhere to put bags like a dresser, bedside cabinets for both sides rather than only one for each bed & some curtains would help warm the place up.
The view out the back can only be described as bleak. We do appreciate that the host may not be solely responsible but an outside space does not need to be neglected like that, drying area or otherwise. Especially as on the listing it is advertised as having a garden, which is honestly a laughable description of the concrete weed infested prison yard outside. A few plants & a seat or even a net curtain in the kitchen so we didn't have to look at it!
There was generally just a lack of attention to detail- a broken toilet roll holder that hadn't been replaced, no plug for the sink, no chain on the plug bath with someone's old hair band used instead, old stop cock in the main bedroom unboxed, bare bulb with no lightshade, water damage marks on the ceiling.
The doors were not up to safety standards. The fire doors were only held in with one screw in each hinge rather than the 4 there was meant to be.
All in all we were very disappointed.

Disappointing and depressing.
It was spacious, inexpensive and the host was quick to reply.
When we arrived, not only were we shocked by how run down the area was, which admittedly isn't the host's fault, but the outside of the apartment itself was so unkempt. When we looked down to find a socket to put our chargers in next to the bed we discovered that the bed hadn't been pulled out in goodness knows how long. There was a wall of cobwebs between the bed and the wall. We ended up pulling the beds out and cleaning behind them as I couldn't sleep knowing there were so many cobwebs and spiders behind the bed. We then thought we ought to check the twin room and it was nearly as bad. I can see you use a cleaning company, we looked at other reviews to see if anyone else had had a similar experience, however, they are letting you down as the standard of cleaning was poor.

When we arrived there were 40 odd bluebottle flies flying about the lounge and the same again in the kitchen with around 5 in the bathroom. We opened the window and got rid of them.
The day we left there was around half a dozen again in the lounge and kitchen whi h we again got rid of. Perhaps the owner could investigate the cause. This put us off the place as you can understand, but we were only there 2 nights..
The outside of the flat was also a bit grotty.

Schöne, große und gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz. Ruhig gelegen. Ein Idealerausgangspunkt, um den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über die Bank St.
Die Küche ist schön und groß. Alleine: Ein paar Töpfen und Pfannen mehr, würden das Kochen erleichtern.

Necesitabamos poder dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada y el dueño no nos presto ningun tipo de ayuda.
El dueño dijo que iba a mandar un correo con la clave de entrada, instrucciones y demas que no mando.
El apartamento es frio y la calefaccion dificil de poner sin instrucciones.
El funcionamiento de la calefaccion es mediante un boton junto a la caldera, que al pulsarlo la enciende menos de 5 minutos, insuficiente para alcanzar una temperatura comoda a no ser que te pases el dia junto al boton dandole cuando se apaga.
