Fine if you just need a place to sleep, otherwise better to explore other options

Location was a bit remote, but beautiful. Had a beach nearby, and a small waterfall right in front of the caravan park. The caravan itself was spacious and had good outside space as well.

A very poor experience with the water supply. Water in the taps was close to zero during peak morning time (was fine at other times). Caravan was a bit old. The extractor fan in the kitchen and TV did not work. There were no items for fun (games etc.) within the caravan.

The bedding wasn’t clean had marks and stains on, Bathroom light didn’t work Living room light had bulbs out Cutlery was dirty Neighbours in the caravan next to us where awful constant shouting till stupid times in the morning.

clean warm comfortable and cosy everything needed for a short or even long trip we will be back 100% purpose of the trip to the area was to finalise a sale and clear a property sad we didn’t get enough chance to see the area and the surrounding walls etc- getting back to lovely warm cosy rest was so lovely

The accommodation had everything you would want for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The site was clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. The scenery was amazing, especially driving past Glen Coe. Wow!

One of the non-stick pans wasn't non-stick, It stuck. Not really a negative as we has such a lovely time.

very disappointing

there was nothing at all to do on the site. i knew it was remote but it was really remote, no wifi and could not get any signal at all. outdoor furniture was filthy and we had to wash it down ourselves before we could use it. we were right across from the people running the campsite and they saw us do this and said nothing. it looked like the campsite had quite a lot of people actually living on it and they gave me a feeling of unease. I would definately not recommend it. Myself my husband and my granddaughter were quite disappointed in the site and the caravan. We are both non smokers and the caravan had a very strong smell of smoke. and dampness we actually left a day early and came home

Anniversary trip ruined by uncaring people with no standards.

Ardentinny itself is lovely and the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful. Pity Glenfinart Caravan Park is not.

Glenfinart caravan park was awful. From the moment we drove in on the potholed road till we left one day later the whole experience was shocking and so disappointing. We booked for a week! Only reason we stayed one night was that it was a long journey there. Caravan was situated next to a storage area with discarded items like toilet pans, gas bottles and other items in full view. The bins were full to overflowing with bin bags left randomly by the bins. There was a wrecked caravan lying right at the exit to the path to the beach. The caravan itself smelled of damp and I realised later why one of the staff came over with us when we first arrived and said that they would put the heating on for us. The bedroom carpet was slightly wet underfoot. How could someone who cares about their guests allow them to stay in this. The answer - they didn't care! The family next to us who may live there, had kids who were playing football right next to our caravan while the parents drank outside. This was the afternoon. This continued throughout the day. Others arrived later and there was swearing and unsociable behaviour till around 11;30 pm. Lyndhurst Corner is right across from the owners bungalow!! Laughably, they have a card in the van suggesting that guests be respectful to others regarding noise between 11pm and 7am. As I said, the staff didn't care and this was demonstrated the next day when I handed in the key. I said we weren't staying because of the unsatisfactory state of the caravan and pointed to the caravan next to us with cans and wine bottles on the decking! The staff member simply said, " Sorry about that love! " They had their money and weren't caring! Don't know how they got the glowing reviews that I read. DON'T BOOK THIS CARAVAN.

We had a lovely relaxing few days exploring this part of the country with some lovely walks.

The caravan had everything that we needed, clean, comfortable, a good shower and kind and helpful managers on site who were there to help at all times. It is a little remote, I would not stay at that site without a car. There is no shop onsite or nearby although there are some nice walks from the site for us and the dog. There is a pub/restaurant within walking distance but it only opens at lunchtime and dinnertime. There is a lovely decking to get the evening sun.

Everything was there that we would expect and need. There was no WIFI but the mobile and 4G signal was good.

Good location for short stay. Everything what I needed was provided. You need to take towels. If you plan to have barbecue you need to bring your own charcoal. Nice short 5 min walk to the beach.

The owner parked his tractor with huge boat just in the front of our door. Not enough bins provided so guests had to leave liners on the ground.

Great place to stay with plenty of outdoor activites close by.

Location was great, just a short walk from the beach and not too far to drive to get to the shops and other local villages. Plenty to do around about, Quadmania, walks, fishing & lunch at the Ardentinny Hotel is a must - currently on-line booking and pets welcome if you let them know in advance. Was great to have a BBQ at the caravan as well, we used it every night.

The communal refuse was over-flowing and could have been cleared more often.

Having a little more storage space in the kitchen for food items would have been nice. But we managed alright. The hot water seemed to ‘fluctuate’ a bit when having a shower. :)

It was perfect to wind down and relax for best part of a week surrounded by beautiful scenery!

great owners and staff who were friendly and chatted to all everyone. well sized accommodation in good, clean condition pet friendly complex nice little beach and forest walks on the doorstep!

Closest shop 25-30 minutes away so 50-60 minute round trip, however we were well aware of this prior and were prepared so as to minimise trips or work any shopping into our daily excursions. No wifi, but again we were well aware in advance and used mobile data and tethered to our laptop when required.
