Clean comfy stay

The view, the layout and the comfy beds the lodge itself was very clean and had everything you would need large tv and video recliner sofas dinning area lovey shower with plenty of hot water a spotless kitchen with really good cooking facilities and dishwasher overall cannot fault lodge

No where for rubbish would be a problem I think if you had children in nappies. The road into site needs attention full of potholes

Sadly disappointed

Despite asking the question of how many steps to access the property and being told 2 (this was prior to booking ). There were in fact a slippy 6 steps. I explained that one of the party had mobility issues. The access road was full of pot holes resulting in a flat tyre !

Seating hard and uncomfortable basket chairs old wornNot very clean marks on walls plates stuck together with food in cupboard suppose to be clean, toilet smells damp.Very strong and makes the whole place smell The furnishings are sparse and outdated.The drive up to the lodge is horrendous and dangerous The grass was like a swamp and the continual trip to the rubbish bin was not goodIf it had been a ladies only party we would have struggled and to ask to take our rubbish home with us was not a very hygienic thing to ask
