Ruskin Lodges Argyll, by Puck's Glen, Rashfield near Dunoon

If I could rate this lodge 100, I would. It was absolute perfection! The lodge is beautifully decorated, the fairy lights are a stunning touch, which lit up the living room and made the place feel tranquil. The beds were so comfortable, the lodge is kitted out with everything you could possible need. The lodge was kept very natural looking with wood throughout, which is what you want when you book a lodge like this! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner when we arrived, with a lovely warm welcome. The lodge was like a home away from home, we felt so comfortable there. Having my morning coffee on the porch, watching the red squirrels run along the porch and eat the nuts from the feeder added to the experience. If you are looking for somewhere to go, enjoy nature, relax, go for beautiful walks, or even just curl up in a stunning wooden cabin and watch movies on wet nights- look no further. This is the place for you! We were so sad to leave as we had enjoyed the place so much. I will be booking up again very soon!

Our stay in Dunoon was truly memorable; we loved the peace and tranquillity of Ruskin Lodges, the stunning glen walks on our doorstep, fishing for mackerel, the excellent food on offer (local venision is a must), the warmth of the local community, and the hospitality of our host Abigail.

Absolutely nothing

Perfect stay , everything you possibly need and more , the lodge was exceptionally clean more than spacious for a family of four adults and a dog ☺️ the beds were comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep , location was excellent , just a five min drive into dunnon if you need any supplies , Abigail was excellent at communication and would highly recommend this property , will be back ☺️

The lodge was big and comfortable, it had everything you needed, it was in a great location and peaceful. The wildlife birds and squirrels were a joy to watch.
