Being so close to Pucks Glen, lots of wild animals, red squirrels running about and friendly robins

Well equipped lodge, high quality interior, great location for walks, spacious for a family of 4, great sized bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A washing machine would have been useful after a week's worth of muddy walks. Other than that, nothing 😀

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the lodge! An ideal location for peace and quiet, while also being close to the fantastic towns and villages nearby. There are so many beautiful walks and stunning locations to explore; being next to Pucks Glen is another great bonus, a must see!
Thank you so much for such a wonderful week in a stunning area, the lodge was the perfect base whilst we explored the landscape and as many of the walking trails as possible. The facilities at the lodge were brilliant, and the kitchen is the best equipped we have ever experienced for self catering! Such great attention to detail throughout, so clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
