Great apartment to stay for a few days to explore the wonderful island of Bute and Rothesay

Magnificent views over Rothesay, the Clyde and Ferry. Warm and comfortable flat in a great and quiet location with easy reach of local amenities. Excellent TV and Sky Wifi service. Bathroom is small but looks and works great. Generally clean and modern apartment with tasteful pictures and décor.

Mainly the small things e.g. door to living room doesn't close properly, no sponge or cloth for washing up things, no hand soap in the bathroom, not enough loo roll. Also the property could have been cleaner and there's no light outside when approaching in the dark.

Great place with mesmerising view. Everything very comfortable and bright. Everything you might need in the house, walking distance to everything in Rothesay. Responsive owner who reacted immediately to a question we had. Recommended!

Absolutely fabulous little hideaway

Absolutely amazing views and centrally located to explore the island

If you struggle with stairs then you might not be able to stay here but thankfully we were fine and were able to make the most of this wee hidden gem

Fabulous, breath taking views!

The view out of the lounge area was absolutely fabulous - probably the best view I’ve ever had whilst staying somewhere. So quiet and serene and really good, well equipped kitchen. Good contact from the host about where to find keys and the property.

Just unfortunate we couldn’t leave our bags somewhere at the end of the stay!

Comfortable apartment very close to the centre of Rothesay.

The kitchen/dining area is bright and has amazing views over the bay. The kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot and many rental properties do not have enough pots, etc.

Poor selection of glasses for beer and wine. Confusing switches for turning on lights.

Fantastic views. Good location. Plenty of space in apartment. Comfy clean bed.

Bathroom needs refurbishment (tho I believe this May b pending in the future )shower dripping continuously had to take down and leave in bath . Issues with fixtures and fittings . Felt housekeeping let owner down , bed was clean but carpets needed hoovered and sticky cutlery in drawers. Carpet in bedroom badly stained .

180 degrees sea view. Photos do not justify the spectacular views over the sea and the island.The appartment was very well equipped, even had board games for family's nights in.

The bathroom was a bit dated but functional. Unfortunately it was tricky to control temperture in the shower.
