About this apartment rental
The flat is bright, homely, warm and comfortable. It is situated on the front street across from the beach, on the 2nd floor, within 7 mins walking distance from the pier where the ferry comes in, and 2 mins from the supermarket and town.
There are two bedrooms, one to the front with a kingsize bed and lovely views over the whole bay, and another with twin single beds. The flat sleeps 4 people comfortably.
There is a modern kitchen with all appliances, i.e. oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster etc.
There is a modern 5 piece bathroom with wc, wash basin, bath, shower and bidet. All towels and bed linen, shampoo and shower gel are provided, along with beach towels and buckets & spades for the kids. There is also wifi, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and a travel cot and high chair.
There is a TV with an Amazon Firestick also a large selection of dvd's in the comfortable front lounge, also a small TV in the kitchen/dining room.
There is a large free car park at the back of the building and your car is visible from the back windows, there are also free parking spaces at the front of the flat as well.
There is a key safe for access into the apartment.
We are very pet friendly.
There is a valid safety Gas Certificate, wired in Smoke Detector and Carbonminoxide Detector.

This place was perfect for our stay. The view was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and parking was very easily found on the street in front of the building. Angela seemed truly interested that we had a great stay answering our questions about the flat and the area quickly. We all wished we had a couple of more days there.

Beautiful beaches, sunny weather, the flat was very well equipped and immaculately clean.Highly recommend everything there, like your own home. Very thoughtful touches.We had a relaxing, healthy break.Syrian cafe on sea front is excellent. Sometimes more difficult to get a meal in evening, one or two options only. Didn’t find recommended fish and chip restaurant very good but may have been an off day. Pizzas were shop bought cheaper style bases. Fish not great either.Hotel on Main Street upstairs restaurant very good and dog friendly.Would go again in a heartbeat.Diana

Fantastic stay in a flat that had everything you could need. Absolutely spotlessly clean, spacious and very well situated in Rothesay. 1st class communication with Angela before, during & after stay. Looking forward to our return visit.
