Lovely quiet position with a view of the mountain. Comfy and spacious. Check in and access info was all clear and helpful. A fantastic spot for our stay over and would stay again for a few nights.

It's a very nicely furnished comfortable apartment with all amenities, located on top of the garage. However as the caretaker opened the door the smell of damp was overwhelming. We open all windows and doors to try to air out the place, but to little avail. (The caretaker claimed he could not smell anything ??? !!!!. It was overwhelming to the both of us!). We considered walking out, but decided to stay for the 2 nights as pre payment had been made. We had two bad nights!
Very disappointing as the apartment has a lot to offer. Hopefully the CapeTown based owners can sort the smell out.

We had a late request for 2 x top sheets for the beds. The caretaker promised to bring them, but we never saw him again.
The outside black bins smelt (wind had blown off the lids during the night and we smelt them as we exited the premises). The caretaker again claimed (to the owners) he could not smell anything (after we had checked out and left the key in the designated place).
