a dark hole in a loud building - stay a day and drive away

Lise-Marie was very nice and helpful in most topics which she could be helpful in. Personally she and her staff do a good job. veryy friendly, reacting to the themes, a clean accomodation in an elder outworn flat. But in a location - a large apartment building on the main road - loud but easy to reach towns center.

The apartment is very dark, not to use without light. the fotos are all made with artificial light. The furniture is at it looks - outworn and old, the equipment has technical limitations ( a tv which you have to switch on multiple times to bring it to work) we felt a little bit like beeing burried. The foto description shows outdoor pictures, like you can easily access the out - not possible. the building is a large apartement building with open floors to the inside center, windows to the center corridor bring extreme loudness into the rooms. During our long stay( 3 weeks) we had half the time loud construction work - starting early in the morning - lasting the half day. not bearable, and the owner mentioned an understanding for the situation - but not a real solution.

The setup was really good. A beautifully clean, bright, convenient space. Really enjoyed our stay here. Shops are not far from here, within walking distance and close to everything. Safe parking. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Best Hermanus accommodation

The property was extremely clean, had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds,spacious bathroom, lovely open plan lounge and kitchen. Close to the beach and restaurants, secure parking and safe apartment. Lise-Mariè was extremely friendly and considerate of our needs. They even went above and beyond and gave my wife a mother's day gift. It's all the small touches that made our stay great. Will definitely be back soon

Weekend Getaway

We were welcomed by our host, Lise-Marié, and we appreciated the personal touches that made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with the essentials in a secure complex with off-street open parking - perfect spot for a quick getaway. It is located within walking distance to the centre of Hermanus with a plethora of dining options available. We will definitely book here again in the near future!

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wonderful little touches to make our stay comfortable. Comfortable beds, tasteful decor, lovely small touches. Clean, neat....just perfect! The hosts have thought about everything. Very well maintained and perfect for our quick stop.

Tolle Gastgeberin, liebevoll eingerichtet, gute Lage

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Appartment steht eine Liste mit Tipps bereit. Ausserdem gibts Tee, Kaffee, Yoghurt, Biskuits und Müesli inklusive. Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen.

Das dritte Bett war sehr hart. Für unsere kleine Tochter gings, aber für Erwachsene sehr unbequem.
