The check-in instructions weren't very clear as it referred to parking for both 132 and 160 which was rather confusing. Also how to exit the complex would be useful.

Very disappointed

We were so disgusted nobody told us you have to pass a squatters camp before you get to your destination if we were told I would NEVER have booked there because of a incident that happened to one of our friend. I've asked for a refund but was told the owner won't do that. We are so sad that had to happen to us. I will never stay here

A very neat, clean and comfortable unit. Sufficed for a 1 night stay.

I didn’t like having to drive through what looked like a land fill to get there. The unit is also very small, I wouldn’t have liked to have stayed there for a week’s holiday.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was all that we needed.

The apartment was clean, neat and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is all that you need for a quick weekend visit to Hermanus.

One of the stove’s knobs we’re missing so we couldn’t use that stove top; the pan’s handle was also loose and a bit tricky to handle, and the slide door was off of its rail.

The perfect place to stay for a whale watching extravaganza

A clean modern well maintained flat. A safe gated community. Excellent agent who came immediately (when there was a bathroom issue) and resolved it. Well equipped & amazingly well organised, labelled & information given. Plenty of hot water. There is an additional gas hob and gas heater for the dratted load shedding periods. Good linens. Comfy bed. Thank you! Plenty of amenities on site, in communal areas, which we did not have time to use. The washing machine listed is in the communal laundry. One of the best apartments in our 12 Booking.com stays. Wall to wall whales in September 2023! Similarly at Gansbaai. Wonderful flowers at Fernkloof. No need for a whale watching trip;! Just stand anywhere & look to sea and you wont know which of the MANY whales to film!

The cleanliness of the room, the secure facility, the private beach, however due to the location of squatters and shacks upon entry is off-putting other than that brilliant leisurely experience.

EVERYTHING...IT IS NOT SAFE FOR TWO FEMALE COLLEAGUES TO STAY THERE ALONE, THE SIGNAGE AT THE GATE EVEN WARNS YOU OF CRIMINAL INCIDENTS IN THE STREET. I DID NOT STAY THERE, I WANT A REFUND AND I HAD TO DRIVE TO TOWN AND LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION AT 5PM THE AFTERNOON AND ALL I COULD FIND WAS A HOTEL THAT COST ME OVER R2000

Cosy apartment

The place was very clean and cosy. It's smaller than I imagined but it was perfect for a family of 4. It's was well equipped with everything we needed, including light for loadshedding. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The wifi was very slow so we had to decide to either connect our phones or connect the TV. But other that we had no other issues.

we only stayed one night. I'm Glad of that as our backs would of been completely messed up if it was longer. but it

loved that the property was clean. had all the amenities. well put together and very tidy.

the bed in the main bedroom was not firm. both myself and my husband woke up with a bad back. the pillows were lumpy in both rooms. advert was very deceiving when saying "private pool" - no private pool and it gave the perception that it was a ground floor unit which it was not. having kids , this is what I was looking for when I booked .
