The stay was cozy. We really appreciated the heater and wifi.

The place was very cozy and perfect for me and my family. We stayed there after a long drive and it was great to relax and refresh for the next stop. Everything was up to standard.

We made a last minute booking in the afternoon and the host was not at all friendly, If the host was friendly it would've made the stay much better. He was clearly irritated on the phone and made us all uncomfortable. I have no complaints about the property and would definitely say it's what the pictures look like. Only problem was how we were received. I own a Guest House myself so I am well aware of being hospitable. The host did not make us feel welcome over the phone. Other than that everything was fine.

Squatercamp was your view from the door. Place smelled, woken up by loud rooster. Noise from Squatercamp. Felt unsafe when leaving the place because the Squatercamp was literally infront of the entrance of the resort. Inside of the resort we felt safe. Security make their rounds often. The establishment is infested with COCROACHES and I have a fear so both nights I could not rest because my fear kicked in. Also caught a cocroach walking over my 4year olds face and hair I was scarred screamed for my husband. I informed the host to express my concern. She wanted to come inspect, which was abit odd since there are older reviews talking about cocroaches in the establishment because what would an inspection do exactly. Anyways I had to deal with that. Unfortunately it was my fault for not checking out the reviews.. It is just a no for me

Even though the location was opposite a squatter camp, I felt relatively safe and the squatter camp was quiet very reserved

The flat was rather small not spacious as per photos, pillows needs desperate change, cupboards must be upgraded in the main room no packing space a is a huge discomfort. Shower drainage system needs urgent maintenance..water takes a while to drain.WIFI EXCELLENT

We love the sea views from the balcony.

There were cockroaches in the apartment. The main bedroom wardrobes were locked on the one side. So i couldn't unpacked our clothes. I assume there is an inverter in the locked site. We appreciate that., but still needed that side. We have to live out of our suitcases. It was a bit too small for 4 adults.

Everything , stove was dirty and had a terrible smell so we couldn’t use the oven , cutlery was dirty , dishcloths was dirty , the carpet was just as dirty , linen was so dirty and untidy , plates to be washed properly and or replaced because they have chips , spider webs in the lounge to be cleaned as well , curtains was so dirty it was unpleasant .

Great stay

We had everything we needed, there was even coffee, tea and sugar. Access was easy with a nice view of the ocean. The sudden silence of the neighborhood after 22h00 was so quiet, we felt noisy if you just closed a door too hard

The lack of cupboard space in the main bedroom made it a little difficult for a longer stay, but it's not the end of the world.

i liked the added facilities at the location . the kitchen was fully stocked including a airfryer was a nice suprise.

The bedding on the main bed looked old and worn. also we had to buy insect repellent because there was cockroaches in the kitchen. the windows was dirty in the rooms.

Liked the calmness of the place. The sea view and fresh air was amazing. Property is very clean. And great place to bring kids.

The mat in the living area was not clean and the extra fleece blanket smelled of cigarettes which was not nice for people who do not smoke. I'd advice they do some deep cleaning. Besides that it was great.

There was lots for kids to do. We loved the pool area and bar.

that we were not informed of the informal settlement at the entrance that you have to pass through. The flat was clean but effort can be put in the upkeeping and maintenance thereof. The couches was smelly, hairs in the beds, and cockroaches everywhere even in the bedroom.

Pleasantly surprised

The place was clean and comfortable they had nice facilities...and I liked the extra touches like the towels the dishwashing liquid the coffee tea and sugar the board games...I was pleasantly surprised by the unit ...it was exceptional and I will happily return...agent answered my question promptly whatever time I asked it

Nothing really...I was really apprehensive after I read the other reviews especially about the location and while it is true about the location being right opposite a township ..and we could see it when we looked out the front door...I felt very safe in the complex...and in the unit as well......and there was no noise from the township that you could hear...

Die Betten waren Schlecht. Das Wlan hat nicht richtig funktioniert...Es wird im Internet mit schönen Bildern für das Apartment geworben. Die Realität ist sehr enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Name Beachclub ist irreführend. Es gibt weder einen Beach noch einen Club......Hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht abgereist.
