House no 47 Hermanus Beach Club We were shocked and disgusted as well as disappointed with our stay . When we stopped at the house number as we walking up the stairs firstly the stairs was so dirty and untidy so many dirty mops and brooms standing next to the house we were checking into The flies was everywhere while opening the door We entered the house just to check into an untidy house that was smelling so terrible dirty floors hair laying everywhere on the floors A dirty fridge Dirty tables Couches smelling so terrible I had to throw powder all over the coaches The flies being all over inside of the place A balcony that was so dirty floors inside the house and on the balcony being sticky Sliding doors that was so so dirty A small dining table that was so black of all the dirty marks Bedding covers over all the coaches that smelled terrible The kettle that was extremely dirty it had dirty slime inside pots that was dirty Lids of the ports with no handles A dirty fridge that still had blood in Dirty fridges doors A dirty wall at the back of the stove Dirty inside of the cupboards where the crockery was in Fridge was dirty bottom to top Cupboards inside sticky The wall was dirty The doors was dirty the whole place was dirty and sticky The towels smelled terrible We are extremely disappointed The agent Diana was called regarding this situation She just came with a clothe and a mop to clean Offered to bring a cleaner in the next morning while we were checked in sprayed spray to make the place small better while we sitting there she admitted she didn’t check the place we showed her everything and asked her for another place to stay in her only option was for us to cancel or she will get a cleaner for us she was so never minded by the fact that the place was so dirty .

The place was dirty untidy stocked floors dirty fridge dirty doors dirty walls dirty stairs dirt standing next to our place the view of the location The praying of doom while we sitting there There were no pleasure as everything was dirty we had to make it work for the sake of our children How do you suggest for us to cancel but no money will be refunded How do you give us such a dirty place ?

Well prices and the resort has a lot of potential

The unit was affordable and offered all the basics for the amount which we paid.

The main pool was empty and most of the games in the room games did not work. The resort also needs attention and the location is not so great. The floors was very sticky and unit needs a deep clean, but in general for the price it is acceptable.

It was not nice sorry wont go again. This is my honest opinion. The overall stay was bad.

I like the fact that there was internet

The place was dirty , the blankets were dirty was not washed at all. The bathroom had hair against the wall, The place had a smell. The cushions was dirty full of dust. I will never go again. It is close to a informal settlement in the morning the air outside was stinking so heavy that we had to close the windows cause it was really bad.

Accommodation location. Accommodation was not clean, dirty dishes in cupboards, no towels or mats in bathroom, no air con, bed sheets not fitted nor good quality, cupboard under sink broken, shower in bath broken and water pressure very low, drain cleaner in the bath on arrival, toilet did not flush properly and took very long to fill again.

It was a wonderful stay and friendly, helpful owner/ agent. Will definitely come again.

The privacy of the facility, although it is close to an informal residential area, friendliness and helpful owner when we needed assistance, proximity to facilities and coast, as well as the security sevice - guards on duty, present and informative.

Facility can improve with Dstv or avail a smart tv that will work with the wifi. Paint balcony change old stove or plates
