Amazing guy who runs the place, could have talked to him for days; incredibly beautiful location, both Lynmouth and the property which is right on the river leading to the sea (200 yards away) and has a private balcony. The village is surrounded by hills, forests, waterfalls, and the sea, and has a charming main street with shops and eateries, as well as the lift which takes you up the hill to Lynton. Breakfast was fab, so many choices.
Walls rather thin if next neighbours are noisy.
