Brilliant location in the heart of Lynmouth. Dog friendly. Affordable. Perfect for those walking the coastal path.

Location was good and new bathroom.
This was more expensive than others we stayed at during the week which were much more modern and welcoming and we didn’t feel this one lived up to the reviews. We found it old fashioned, the room and bed were small.
