Good medium-sized hotel approx. 15 mins drive away from Strassbourg

Excellent price and no drawbacks that usually come with that - Hotel was clean even to Swiss standards, bed was comfy, breakfast was good, ample parking and quiet location

Tv channels only French and German?!? In a hotel that serves tourists it should have alle elastiek a few other language channels! I speak 5 languages but my husband only English so he didn’t like that!

Easy to find, room is spacious for 2 adult and 1 child

- there is always some unpleasant smell in the hotel lobby and the room so we have to keep the window open for fresh air. - Hairdryer is very old and weak although it still works. - check in time is very late at 17hrs compared with most of other properties at 14hrs

the property is in a nice, quiet location. the room was spacious, very clean and cosy. nice extra the kettler for a tea

The hotel was exactly as expected and was more than enough for my needs (a stop-over during a long drive). Clean, big room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning and very fair price.

I did not like their policy of blocking a certain amount on my credit card. It has never happened to me before but I was told it is a common policy.

Don't accept the room 503

Room was clean

I got the room 503, worst room of the hotel (for the same price). This room is directly connected (wall by wall) to the elevator, so you can hear the noise of the motor every time someone take the elevator. ( Impossible to sleep). Also the roof of the shower has a terrible angle so it is impossible to take a shower stand up without hiting the roof with your head. Also minibar was missing (although compared to rest that didn't matter).

- electric sockets not working - Wi-Fi credentials invalid at the time of arrival (OK the next morning) - AC starting every now and then throughout the night (quite noisy) - no vegetables in the breakfast buffet

Nice Hotel

Nice and clean hotel, free parking. About 15/20 minutes from centre of Strasbourg. We had two rooms which were a nice size and ample room, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Sink in one of the rooms was blocked so water wouldn't go down, staff tried to fix 3 times but no joy, apart from that had a nice stay.
