Great staff

The staff was amazing. The Alsatian lady that prepares breakfast is very welcoming and provides solutions to every problem. The cleaning staff is at top each day we come back to find the room good as new. Wonderful cleaning ladies.

The young man who was substituting the other employee was very helpful with the questions we asked and he help me with the wi-fi and with directions.

There was only one pillow per bed. There wasn’t anything that I disliked apart from the luck of pillows.

Ok but could be better

Small but clean, enough for couples but expected a little cheaper price. A tv in the room was surprising.

Room became very hot throughout our stay although it was 16-17° outside in May. Somehow room was hot and uncomfortable with small window and an air conditioner which doesn't work as expected, we decreased the temperature below 10 still it was uncomfortably hot 🥵, couldn't sleep well although bed was comfy. Don't know if they have restricted the AC to a certain limit or not.

if you want to have a rest, don’t stay at this hotel

it was the cheapest available hotel in Strasbourg

the hotel smells cigarettes from the very entrance and inside the room. impossible to stay without open window. And you can’t open the window because of road noise. the air conditioner doesn’t work right and instead of cooling, it’s warming up and it becomes even less air in this tiny room! there’s no place to put even the bags, there’s no space. and the duvet is extremely warm! you can’t stay under, and can’t sleep without! this night was the worst hotel experience in my life!

Disappointing

i bookd a night stay and came with my baby and the room didnt have a kettle! thats minimum! i couldn't make a bottle for my baby there were no staff available so i could not get to a bottle for my baby, thats really bad . a kettle is from the minimal things , even tough could be it doesnt say on the facilities online thats it has one but thats a minimum
