Clean, cheap, pleasant

I did like the bed and the silence of the room. Shower is too small and the room was kind of chilly.

The room was good, and the staff were friendly. The TV worked well and had a USB port where we could plug in our flash drive and watch movies. The temperature was good, it wasn’t bad because there were two heaters. The facilities were clean. The location was also good, as it was just one TER station away from Strasbourg city center, and the hotel was close to stations, about a 5–6 minute walk.
However, I didn’t like the design of the toilet, bathroom, and hand-washing area—it felt a bit strange. There was no hair dryer in the room, which I missed. Although this was mentioned somewhere, I still found it unreasonable not to have even one hair dryer in the room. In the end, we asked for one and the staff provided it.

Size of room, size of toilet.

The location was convenient as we were driving through Europe
We arrived just after midnight so find no staff whatsoever. Just a machine asking you to check in by typing in your reservation number. We did and says that there was no booking for us. We called the number provided and a gentleman answered saying he couldn’t find our reservation! I demanded that someone comes to sort it out as we had our children with us and all were very tired. A gentleman finally arrived after half an hour and checked us in.
Not worth a penny.

Nice breakfast included in price. Good value for money.
Strange smell in whole hotel and in the room. Bit of aromamarketing would elevate the experience. Everything was clean but the smell was strange unfortunatelly.

It's not very bad for a low cost hotelroom if you have low expectations :)
We just needed something more comfortable than the car for 1 night, so we covered the needs.
Extremely small and a very bad smell.

Overall stay was pleasant, quiet and cosy room. Value for money, I am happy.
Easy to access by car, we arrived at the hotel via Taxi from the central train station, Strasbourg. Tracking buses from the bus stop and then taking the tram to the city centre was a little tedious (Obviously this is not a problem of the hotel).

It was a nice room, with a bathroom and a shower. It looked clean and well organised. Its near to the train station which can connect to Strasbourg with one stop.
The pillow was to soft( people preference), and not to close to Strasbourg in a walking distance.

Very basic accommodation but good value for money.
There's a train line near the hotel, can be a bit noisy at times

the room was very small and the breakfast very poor

Large parking, in addition, the receptionist allowed us to leave the car for additional time when we had checked out from the hotel for free. Breakfast was good enough. The location is in the cozy suburbs of Strasbourg, you can take a train to the station which is 5 minutes away.
It is a bad idea not to have a separate area for the shower, sink, and toilet, but instead, have them directly in the room. Because of this water is spilled into the room. Thus, the floor is wet, so it is unpleasant to walk in the wet room, etc.
Trains which pass nearby somites too loud.

nothing to like!
it was really horrible, never go there! check in and check out was awful. if we were not there in 5 min there were going to close the hotel! room was really small and with nothing! temperature was really bad and no oxygen in the room! it was really dangerous for us!!!!!! never ever go there! and receptionist left the desk 10 min before the check in time, and for check out there were no body there! room was dirty and we could not sleep because of the dog of other room and sound of the people's walking! very very bad experience!

I liked the design inside the rooms despite the fact that small space, but very nice.
It was very noisy because of the trains and I think not enough or maybe no isolation inside the walls.

Hotel was easy to find and we really liked that this hotel has a self-checkout which you can use if you arrive later, when nobody is present on the reception anymore. We had to arrive later due to some issues on the road, so self-checkout was a lifesaver for us! Moreover, it was super simple to use!
Beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi worked very well. Personal was great too and the communication before arrival was super helpful! Rooms were tidy and were well equipped. We spent only one night here, but we enjoyed our stay!
Now this is probably going to be a strange thing to praise, but I absolutely loved walking through this hotel at night; it totally felt like a liminal space and it felt super peaceful!
Crossaints on breakfast were super tiny, and we would really like to see some fruit tea; not just black and green ones, but that’s really no biggie. Bed felt slightly short. I could fit just right with my 181 cm, but if you are taller, your legs will probably stick out from the bed. Hotel service couldn’t speak English at all, but we figured everything out using Google Translate. :)

Quick, simple checkin
Extremely tiny room, nothing to put your clothes and thing on, no table, closet or even chairs (one chair for 2 persons)
