I saw an insect in my bed but did not consider what that was. When I showed my bite to the doctor, I realized that the insect I saw in my bed was a bed bug. It is unacceptable that the cleaning staff did not see this insect (Bed bug) during cleaning rooms. I have a big allergic problem after my two-night stay at hotel. Also, it cost me a lot to clean everything in the pressing with 90 degrees. I am still very stressed that I did not transfer the bed bug to my home. Disappointed!

Great value for money

Excellent value for money, good location if you’re travelling by car and just want a clean place to stay. We were surprised at the size of the room (we are a family of 4), and how comfortable the beds were. Everything is very clean, it’s been recently renovated. Definitely a thumbs up!

Clean room. Peaceful building. Nice design to make the room enough for four people (except for the small bathroom and closet). Location was easy to find.

The ceiling of the shower was quite low (too low for 1,97m tall). The place for closet was too small. It was not clean outside the building especially near the breakfast area.

Noisy bed, noisy location in the middle of construction site (!), not clean at all....

We were very glad to stay there.

The location is great. Everything is close by and it is easy to get to the city centre.

The hair dryer should be added to the bathroom facilities. And also an electric kettle if you want to make your own coffee or prepare an oat meal.

Pleasant

Easy check in and location a bit far from Strasbourg but can still reach with the bus and train. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Parking is provided.

There's no warm water for showering at night, luckily the weather was hot during the day. The room is small and outdated, need an upgrade. No lift, if you stay in 3rd floor, to note, you need to carry your luggage all the way up.
