Too expensive for the service provided.

The hotel is convenient for those who drive a Tesla.

I had to wait a long time at check out because there was nobody at the reception and I had to call twice through the counter bell. The lady that finally came to the reception, while complaining that it was not the time for her to start working, gave me a wrong document instead of the formal receipt. Moreover the shows gel finished the second day of my stay and nobody replaced it.

The hotel is the high standard one expects. Only there one night and overall good

Very clean, and well-maintained. In location that suited car journey or a taxi from the airport. Breakfast was good.

It was Sunday and one young lady, who was great, running reception, the bar and the kitchen. Felt sorry for her that she couldn’t relax even for five minutes and we were asking a lot to cook our pizza. The silly glass door for the toilet and shower that made a noise every time you moved it at night. There was no milk to make hot drinks. Two pillows would have been better.

Fantastic staff

Rooms were proper and clean, possibility of charging vehicle, breakfast reasonable, and above staff was incredible!!! At the registration, helping find an alternative plug for the car, helping us with thr transport for the train station, a big thank you for that.

The location, not exactly in the airport and a bit far from Strasbourg. Not sure why is called airport… so difficult access to go and come from the city

A great stay stress free :)

The room size was great also having a shower with bath was amazing. The room had aircon plus free parking onsite. Also just off the motorway. The staff at the reception and all were lovely :) And the beds were super comfy!

I thought the price was a bit much even though being a 4star.

Exceedingly excellent. Quiet location. Simply splendid staff who was extremely helpful and accommodating despite me arriving in the small hours nothing was too much trouble and Alexandro put me at ease.

Breakfast ok

We had to eat our evening meal in our room, restaurant was closed due to staff problems, I am concerned as they have taken extra payment from my card since we had left which means unnecessary administrative action for me to do, 3yrs ago the meal was bad due to chef problems, 4 hrs ago woken up in the early hours due to fault on fire alarm.

We clicked on a wrong button and forgot to book breakfast on booking, they charged us the double for the breakfast, because we didn't do this upfront. We paid more than 150 euro in total for a normal room, the swimming pool was out of order because of maintenance issues. The lamp shade was missing in our room, bin was not cleaned. The tissue box was almost empty, only one bottle of water for 2 people. Finally in the bathroom you only can wash yourself with handgel?!

A great place for an overnight stay.

We stopped here overnight on our way home from vacation. There is a Tesla charging station which was very convenient for us. The bed was comfortable. The room was mostly quiet (you can hear the highway nearby). The staff were friendly. Checking in and out was very easy and quick!

The room was a bit worn. It was clean - but obviously had seen a lot of guests. The bar/restaurant was closed (temporarily). The pool is open from 9am to 8pm - we would have liked to use it earlier and later.
