Nice and cosy apartment. Quiet and calm neighborhood, ideal if you are staying with kids. The host is very welcoming and ready to help.

Aufgrund Grund Kurs an der Uni war die Lage super

Teilweise starker Rauchgestank, vermutlich von anderen Mietern im Wohnhaus. Zieht extrem in di Wohnung, als hätte man selbst geraucht. Toilette war sauber, aber wurde nicht von Grund auf gereinigt, was man gerochen hat.

Einfach toll, besser hätte es nicht laufen können!

Es hat alles was eine Wohnung braucht! Aufgrund der tollen Beschreibung ist die Wohnung bzw. die Garage schnell zu finden. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt.

Die Nachbarn sind etwas lauter, da es in einer Wohnungssiedlung ist. Das kann man natürlich nicht beeinflussen, aber es war trotzdem ein Ort des Rückzugs.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Nette Wohnung. Gute Organisation.

Die Nachbarn rundherum haben zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit geraucht /gekifft - da es sehr heiß war hatten wir die Terassentüren offen - Wohnung roch bis in die hinterste Ecke nach Rauch.

Ugodan kvart i parking u garaži

Odlična vrijednost za novac, miran i ugodan kvart. Bili smo s automobilom i glavni cilj putovanja je bio posjet minimundusu pa nam sama lokacija nije bila toliko važna, ali smo do minimundusa svejedno prošetali. Prednost je i rezervirano mjesto u podzemnoj garaži.

Große Tiefgarage mit zugeteiltem Parkplatz. Extra Fahrradraum . Nur mit Schlüssel zu öffnen . Toller Balkon . Super Ausstattung. Es war alles vorhanden, über Kochgewürze bis zu Spülmaschinentabs ! Danke

Na splošno je bilo vse super. Škoda da nimajo nižje mize in 4 stole, da bi lahko vsi h krati jedi, vendar za dvo dnevni dopust je vseeno ok. Lokacija je super. Balkon je velik in na dvorišču so igrala za otroke. Lasnik zelo prijazen in hitro odziven. Priporočam

Za vikend dopust je vse super. Za daljši pa primerno bolj za dve kot štiri osebe.
