Great place to stay in Klagenfurt

Located close of historical centre of Klagenfurtm, this apartment offers all you need for a pleasent stay in the city. The apartment was wide, ligthy and confortable, with great views over the city and also offers the chance to park the car in the building parking. Great Ermin's video where he explains all you need for check-in and park your car.

Nice apartment in heart of the city

Well located, very easy to walk into Klagenfurt centre. Helpful host. Apartment spacious and well equipped. Free parking.

Nothing really, just be aware that the allocated car parking space is two floors underground and is quite a tight space. We were fine with a VW Golf but a larger car might struggle especially a big SUV!

Big Modern Apartment Easily Walkable to Historic District

Self-service check-in was made easier with advance information, but there were some small hiccups. Free private parking in underground garage. Large, modern, multi-room apartment located right on the edge of the historic district making it super convenient to visit sites, cafes, and restaurants. There is a huge amount of space to easily lay out luggage without tripping over things and just hanging out comfortably. Good wardrobe space to hang clothes. Plenty of accessible electrical outlets for charging devices. Small, modern bathroom was well maintained with good water pressure and temperature control in the shower, but a paucity of space for toiletries. King bed with duvet was very comfortable. You could open the windows for cool fresh air or turn on the provided fan allowing a great night’s sleep. Full fridge and modern kitchen. Wi-Fi was fast and consistent enabling easy upload of pictures and video chats. Standard European washer with drying rack made laundry easy. Breakfast could be found within walking distance. Communication was proactive, although responsiveness even during check-in time was a bit slow.

The check-in video sent in advance did not have an active link for me to click, so I was unable to watch it, which would have purportedly made check-in a bit more seamless. I had notified the host of this in advance but did not get a response. Directions for the Wi-Fi were contradictory between information sent in advance and what was in the apartment – a small matter. The shower is a semi-open plan ensuring there will be water all over the floor. If you’re a nervous driver, you will not like the parking spot in the garage, which requires a very small turn and a narrow spot. The apartment is located on a VERY busy cross street. There is considerable noise. I’ve never heard so many sirens. It seemed like one every 15 minutes. It could be because the hospital is not too far from there. Luckily, I don’t remember it continuing into the dead of night.

Appartamento molto bello a due passi dal centro. In zona ci sono molti bar, ristoranti, supermercati. Il parcheggio è un plus non trascurabile. La città si gira comodamente a piedi.

Purtroppo c'è un odore persistente di umido o di scarico che pregiudica un po' il soggiorno.

das Apartment ist direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut, die Dusche ist nicht optimal und erzeugt leicht ein "Überschwemmung" im Badezimmer, kann man sicherlich leicht nachbessern

Prima, dichtbij centrum

Dichtbij (loopafstand) van het leuke/mooie centrum van Klagenfurt. Ruim appartement met prima keuken, leuk eetbarretje. Appartement ligt aan drukke kruising maar alles is goed geïsoleerd zodat je hier niets van hoort binnen. Goede uitleg hoe gebouw/garage te betreden.

Douchekop is slecht gepositioneerd icm glaswand waar water achterlangs gaat, hierdoor wordt douchen in bad een waterballet. In keuken/toilet misten we een thee- en handdoek.

Sehr sauber, zentral, top ausgestattet, unkompliziertes handeling und tolle, verstämdliche Erklärung zum Ablauf des Check-in. Sehr geràumig, es war alles und noch viel mehr verfügbar.

Die Lage war zwar top aber der Verkehr direkt vor dem Fenster war etwas nervig. Aber für die positiven Aspekte der Wohnung nimmt man das gerne in Kauf.

Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum, ein Steinwurf vom Alten Markt entfernt, war super. Das die Straßen im Zentrum auch Nachts nicht ruhig sind, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Videobeschreibung vom Vermieter ist eine tolle Idee, das erspart einen gerade beim Check-Inn ein paar Fragezeichen im Kopf.

Im Sommer wäre eine mobile Klimaanlage nicht schlecht, um den Straßenverkehr nach draußen zu verbannen.

Super nette Leute, tolles Apartment, man fühlt sich wie zuhause, Parkplatz praktisch, große helle Wohnung. Alles hat gepasst bis auf 2 Punkte...

- die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Bettwäsche riecht nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch. Das ist mit Kindern echt nicht schön. Bitte um Verbesserung. Dann kommen wir gerne wieder..

Die zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neu gemacht. Großes Helles Wohn- Esszimmer mit Küche sehr hell und freundlich. Self-Check- In hat problemlos funktioniert. Hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Lendkanal und Neuer Platz zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.

Nachtischlampe wäre super gewesen.

Zentrale Lage, super sauber

Es war total sauber und es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser sowie kleine Seife, Waschmittelpods und Shampoos (wie im Hotel). Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage super, da umliegend nur bezahlpflichtige Kurzzeitparlplätze sind

Zentrale Lage bedeutet meistens Lärm: die Wohnung liegt direkt an einen viel befahrenen Straße. Fenster kann man daher nachts nicht öffnen, das sollte man vorher wissen und wen das stört, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Ansonsten riecht der Hausflur sehr doll nach Rauch (wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann) und auch direkt vor dem Hauseingang stehen oft Mitarbeiter der Firmen und rauchen.

Beste Stadtlage

Sehr gute Lage: in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt (z.B. Stadttheater). Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und sauber, hat genug Platz, alles wirkt neu und durchdacht. Nur wenige Minuten zum Bäcker (fürs Frühstück). Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist praktisch (auch wenn es sich um eine sehr enge und finstere Garage handelt). Die Online-Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr einfach, es gibt sofort Antworten auf Fragen, und auch der Self-Check-In funktioniert dank eines Videos problemlos. Danke auch für die Möglichkeit, später auszuchecken. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder, vielleicht wieder zum Klagenfurt Festival!

Die Innenstadtlage, neu sanierter Wohnraum.

Alle Räume haben sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen. Außerdem hörte man durch die geschlossenen Fenster den massiven Straßenlärm. Starke Frequenz von Einsatzfahrzeugen die ganze Nacht.

Leider hat die Übergabe der Wohnungsschlüssel diesmal überhaupt nicht geklappt, wir mussten 1 Stunde 20 Minuten vor der Garageneinfahrt warten

Oduševljeni smo smještajem i domaćinima, preporuka za smještaj

Objekt je prostran, čist i uredan a domaćini su se dodatno potrudili da nam boravak bude još ljepši. Besplatna garaža nalazi se u istoj zgradi a do stana se iz garaže dolazi liftom. Lokacija je nama bila odlična jer smo željeli biti što bliže centru a objekt se nalazi praktično na samom ulazu u centar. Sve u svemu, boravak nam je ostao u lijepom sjećanju i i ovaj objekt ćemo rado preporučiti prijateljima. Domaćini pričaju i hrvatski, što nam je dodatno olakšalo komunikaciju.
