In our apartment there was WC together with bathroom Missing owen in the kitchen Some equipment needs replacement (dishwasher bath holder) More electric sockets will be good

Beautiful spot but some basics could be provided.

The accommodation was excellent. Gardens beautiful

Check out is set at 10 which isn’t great. We were allowed extend it. Feel as it’s an appartment the basics could be provided. Salt/pepper or some frying oil. Coffee is available.

Spacious accommodation, beautiful gardens, pool/pond, and super host all at good value - Superb !!

Our host was very welcoming and took great pride in the accommodation, surrounding gardens and fresh water pool/pond. Also, he often checked we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Our team of 5 triathletes enjoyed the spacious rooms, great facilities, beautiful views and gardens to relax in. Many thanks, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, well equiped and very clean.

Unfortunatelly all the beds (all 5!) were in a terrible state and are over-due to be replaced or repaired. The mattraces were really over their limits and some wooden parts might be broken since making noice with every move. This really made our one-night stay one uncomfortable experience!

Good value for money

The location is great and the people are nice. You can walk into the forest in 5 minutes snd there is ample parking. The swimming pool looks very nice also. The kitchen was good too with a spacious fridge. Overall the value for money is definitely good!

The curtains didn’t really cover the window properly so we felt quite exposed as people walk by and can see into the bedroom. The shower was a bit broken as well and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Ruhelage mit Schwimmteich nahe Klagenfurt

Absolute Ruhelage und doch so nah an Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee. Bei diesem gemütlichen Garten und herrlichem Schwimmteich kann man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Schöne Wanderrouten rundum durch Wald und Felder und Supermarkt fussläufig (ca.12 min). In der Unterkunft gibt es sogar Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und großen Kühlschrank. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir hatten die ebenerdige Wohneinheit mit Blick auf den großen Nussbaum. Alles da, was wir für erholsame Tage brauchten.

Tolles Appartement mit sehr großem Schwimmteich und riesigem Garten, in dem man zB den Tischtennistisch benutzen darf. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr schöner Außenbereich mit tollem Schwimmteich. Ruhige Lage, idyllisch gelegen, sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen.

Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause und findet schnell in die Erholung.

Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad, große freundliche Schlafzimmer, eine sehr großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche, eine sehr einladende Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf den sehr großen und gepflegten Garten und die Wakaranken-Berge. Zudem lädt der hauseigene Schwimmteich zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich sowohl in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, etwas weiter oben im Ort. In 15 Minuten ist man aber auch mit dem Auto direkt im Zentrum von Klagenfurt.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht findet sie hier. Zum Einkaufen muß man zwar ein paar km fahren aber wer mobil ist,ist es kein Problem. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sauber, freundlicher Gastgeber. Eigener Parkplatz und außerdem Tierfreundlich. Fast vergessen weil Winter. Gibt auch einen schönen großen Schwimmteich. Sicher toll oder m Sommer. Gerne wieder….

Halterung für Klopapier im WC und Duschsachen im Bad wären fein. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

E' stato piacevole e ben gradito

La cordialità e la buona gestione. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento ben pulito e disponibile anche prima dell'orario previsto, mentre l'accoglienza è stata quella di farci sentire come a casa nostra. Il bel giardino grande spazioso e ben curato, e nel quale volendo siamo stati invitati a pranzare o a fare colazione visto che ne hanno predisposto la possibilità. Poi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per la grande tranquillità che abbiamo trovato, infatti il posto non è vicino a strade principali e si sta veramente bene.

Personalmente sono una persona per la quale abbino con stile l'arredamento. Tutto ok, ma toglierei quei due mobili antichi, solo perché stonano con il resto che è in stile moderno cosi da mantenere un impatto all'occhio più considerevole e apprezzabile.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft zum Erholen

Der Emfpang von den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und wir erhielten viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit hochwertiger Ausstattung versehen. Komplettes Koch- und Essgeschirr sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine ermöglichen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und problemlose Eigenverpflegung. Ausserden sorgen bequeme Betten für einen tollen Schlaf; Eine hübsche Terrasse rundet den Aufenthalt ab.

Eine kleine Grundausstattung von Essig/Öl/Salz und Pfeffer wären toll gewesen. Der Fernseher ist im Essbereich angebracht - wir waren zur Fußball-EM dort und saßen sehr steif auf unseren Esszimmerstühlen - ein längeres Antennenkabel wäre toll gewesen um den TV etwas zu verschieben um bequem vom Bett aus zu schauen....Geschmacksache! Ausserdem muss man sich bewusst sein, dass die Lage in Klagenfurt-Wölfnitz in einem schönen Wohngebiet ist - Wandern direkt möglich - aber zum nächsten Strandbad oder auch Klagenfurt direkt liegen ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtweg mit dem Auto.
