Perfect place for your stay close to the lake

The location is great, close to the lake, very close to the train station, you can take a train to Klagenfurt or you can cycle there right from the house. It´s a calm and safe area. The host is amazing, very nice and helpful, our daughter even got a present from him upon our departure. The apartment is big, well furnished and we liked the garden and the balcony. I noticed some complains in the comments but it´s obvious the host is trying to improve everything, there was a coffee machine and all kids of kitchen utensils. We got a card from the host that saved us a lot of money on entrances and train tickets.

The furniture is old but we didn´t mind it at all and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak. No big deal, we were satisfied overall.

Large fully equipped appartment - dishwascher, coffee machine (Nesspresso),... - with terrace and direct access to very nice and large garden. Bike rental, washing machine possibility. Walking distace to the beach (5 mins). On top of that - VERY kind and helpfull landlord.

Der freundliche Gastgeber Herr Krassnig stand immer helfend zur Verfügung, die Ferienwohnung war sauber, top ausgestattet und gemütlich, die Lage mit der Nähe zum See und dem Bahnhof war ebenfalls top.

Tutti i comfort e la gentilezza a due passi dal lago

La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Niki il proprietario, sempre prontissimo, ottima posizione vicinissimo al lago, la camera a piano terra con veranda sul giardino veramente comoda e rilassante. Niki parla italiano e ha fatto il possibile per darci due sue biciclette da usare tutta la settimana. 🔝

Herr Krassnig ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der auf unsere Wünsche immer eingegangen ist. Zu den Appatments gehört ein schöner Garten, den wir nutzen konnten.

Ottima posizione in quartiere tranquillo

Appartamento al piano terra adatto a chi ha bambini per il giardino comune con giochi e tavolo da ping pong. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, TV in lingua tedesca. Ottima la posizione se volete andare a fare il bagno nel lago. Quartiere silenzioso e pulito, nelle vicinanze due supermercati, la stazione e un forno. Un ringraziamento particolare a Niki per la sua gentilezza.

Super Lage, schöne Terrasse, ein geräumiger Garten und ein äußerst herzlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ondanks de wat tegenvallende accomodatie hebben we een prima vakantie gehad.

Ontbijt was niet van toepassing. Het bed was prima De omgeving rond het meer is mooi.

Gezien de foto’s die jullie aanbieden op de site is het geen realiteit. Achterstallig onderhoud met name de badkamer was zeer onhandig wat douchen betreft en rondom het gebouw veel rommel van oude fietsen en auto’s (tuin slecht onderhouden) nodigd niet uit om er te gaan zitten. Ook ratten gesignaleerd. Onerstaande foto laat zien waar wij de sleutel hebben gehaald😱

bella posizione vicina al stupendo Wörthersee, ideale per una vacanza nella natura pulita

La casa si trova a pochi passi dal lago e dal bellissimo lido. Intorno alla casa un grande parco con spazi verdi e molti alberi. Niki e Isolde gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni desiderio. Sempre molto attenti. Niki ci é venuto a prendere in stazione, ha subito portato cose che mancavano. Gli appartamenti semplici un poco datati ma funzionali per la vacanza in famiglia per noi che avevamo gli appartamenti al pian terreno con diretto accesso al giardino.

Un certo qual disordine ma compensato dalla grande disponibilità dell'host.

Wohnung mit Potential

Schöner Blick von Balkon im obersten Stock. Sehr gut, dass es eine Klimaanlage gibt. Sehr bemühter, freundlicher Vermieter.

Sehr klein Dusche, Duschkopf passt nicht in Halterung. Plastiktischtücher, Nachbar hat am Balkon ständig geraucht, deshalb war Balkon kaum benutzbar. Nichtraucherbalkon wäre angebracht. Schmutzwäsche vom Vormieter war noch in einem Schrank. Haus abgewohnt, Wohnung ok.
