Clean and spacious apartment - perfect for 2 persons. Easy contact with the owner. Location only 15min walk from Hbf and 35min walk from Stadium.

Nice apartment with strange access

Nice apartment for a short stay, clean and quiet.

Accessing the apartment is through a call to the number each time you get to the apartment. And if you are on roaming you will pay each time as an operator answers before the doors are open. Otherwise all good

Good for a short stay in the town of Klagenfurt

The apartment was within walking distance to the downtown area where all the stores and restaurants are. We were a little confused how to access the building initially but after making a phone call, access was very easy by dialling a number to open the door and parking lot. Parking was easy and secure (additional fee). Having the use of an equipped kitchen was nice. We had to open the windows at night for some air and was worried that it would be too noisy but it was thankfully quiet late at night.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

I didn’t like unlocking the door via a cell phone call. As I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina and there was a misunderstanding about which number to use, so for roaming and calling, I made an additional 28 euros of costs just to unlock the door.

Superb

The appartment was nice and clean at our arrival. It's spacious and bright, calm during the night. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine so you can start your morning the right way for only 0.70€. I particularly liked the big bathroom ! Pro tip: Don't let your phone battery die or you won't get into the appartment :)) you will receive detailed instructions in the email so all you have to do is following them :)

Good location directly in the city, easy self check-in and self check-out, the apartment was good and sufficiently equipped, enough space.

Cleanliness ... unpleasantly surprised by dust and dirt on the floor, some other furniture / kitchen or other apartment equipment. This overall ruined the good impression at staying at this place.

Preis - Leistung absolut ok! Sehr sauber und extrem freundliche Vermieter . 8,- Euro für Hund pro Nacht ist auch absolut ok! Zuerst hat es .. weil ich extrem kurzfristig gebucht habe .. 1 Stunde vorher , mit Schlüsselcode nicht gleich geklappt . Aber Vermieter sind bis 22:00 immer erreichbar 👍 Somit … auch alles gut gegangen 👍 Kann es absolut empfehlen !

Vor allem für berufliche Aufenthalte eine gute Wahl, Parkplätze im Hof (gegen Gebühr) sind in dieser Lage selten zu finden. Erstaunlich ruhig.

wir waren per Rad zum Frühstück zentral am Hauptplatz in einer Cafeteria, die Lage des Appartements war relativ zentral, Supermarkt in der Nähe (150 m), Parkplatz im Innenhof

Die Größe und Ausstattung des Appartements ist super. Leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, auch der Wörthersee. Zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten zum Lindwurm.

Må kanskje gå over litt på utstyr på badet litt løse ting. Burde også være vaskepulver/kapsler for vaskemaskinen. Stor bad helt ok.
