The communication was great, and the apartment was spacious for the 3 of us.

I have to say the host offered to send the cleaning staff to clean the apartment again after we complained. However, it made no sense as it was a short stay and we expected to find a clean apartment, especially considering the cleaning fee that is charged extra. The dishes were dirty, we found nail clippings, and it was obvious the space was only superficially cleaned.

Very good

Check-in/Check-out procedure is really simple. I also liked the fact that there is no way you will forget your keys inside the apartment or lose them, because you don't have any. The location is good, the apartment is very big. Really nice to have the option to use a coffee machine (and also have the capsules handy).

The bedroom is facing the street which is sometimes noisy, might not be good for light sleepers. The room was not properly vacuumed before we came: we found a (quite small) piece of chocolate on the floor and we noticed the dust on the living room/kitchen area floor at first glance. That was not at all comfortable or reassuring, especially since we forgot to bring our slippers.

Wonderful host :)

Apartment is very clean and spacious, nicely decorated with small but fully equipped kitchen and fast wi-fi. It is close to city center and it has a private parking spot (extra charge). Washing machine is really useful addition and heating is excellent. Anna is wonderful host, ready to answer all questions at any time and I really felt welcome during my stay. I will visit again!

For me it would be better if bed had king size matress instead of two one person matresses because I love to sleep all over the bed so this small gap in the middle was bit uncomfortable for me. And there is no large glass for gin tonic in the kitchen! 😀

Nice place to stay

Location is excellent, close and totally walkable to train station and also to city center. Sunlight, ventilation, facilities, cleaning in the room all was great.

1. 3 people, but only 2 towels 2. If it says bedding for 4, it's alright to sleep on the couch but providing with bed sheet and pillow is nicer, couch pillows were hard to sleep on and also doesn't feel that good without a bedsheet 3. Also a simple pin code to open the door would be nicer because it's a bit stressful to make sure the phone has enough battery specially when going around taking pictures and videos.

Just some notes, not serious claims: The promoted capacity 4 adults + 3 children is not realistic; the price paid via booking.com included "tourismus fee", however "orts/kur tax" requested in cash; the house location is next to the noisy roads intersection; the house is located in a suburb, connected to the exhibition area (however just 10 min. walk to the historical center).

Good but not great

I liked the location very much, that it was quiet, cosy and nicely decorated.

1. The mobile number unlocking system. It is handy maybe, but for me, as my mobile provider is not from EU country, I was in roaming, so only unlocking the facilities costed me about 20€ of mobile expenses extra. I thought you unlock the doors with this system only for the first time and then there is a key you can have, but no. It was an extra expense which I didn’t have with other systems like the safe with code and key inside and similar. I am dissapointed with this to be honest, maybe there should be a different option for people who are in roaming and don’t want that extra cost. 2. There was no extra bed linens or towels. As the apartment was for 2-4 persons, we booked for 3 adults and 1 small child, there were no bed sets for the third person (or forth), only two extra blankets. Towels were set for only 2 people. For the price and the ratings there should be extra bed sets and towels, especially as the booking was for 3 adults. 3. No comunication after the arrival. Some people might like this, but in our case we needed that extra bed set, had troubles with that call unlocking system and if someone came to check on us it may be sorted out. But nobody came, only a booking reminder with the extra costs to be payed. For me it seemed nobody cared about the actual guest who payed to stay in your acomodation out of all others in Klagenfurt.

Árérték arányban nagyon jó.

Jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése. Jóval korábban el tudtuk foglalni. Rendben voltak a hekységek, a háló, a konyha is megfelelően fel volt szerelve. A szállásadó kommunikatív és segítőkész volt.

Reggel nem, de esténként fáztunk, a fűtés gyenge volt. A termosztát maximumra volt tekerve. A szállásadó küldött egy embert, aki ellenőrizte, de nem csinált semmit. Sajnos a klímák távirányítói nem voltak ott, a klímával sem tudtunk segíteni a fűtésen.
