Modern apartment but dirty...

The apartment was spacious and sunny. It's near the Innere Stadt, so it was never more than a 15 min walk to reach restaurants, cafés, historic places or parks and public transport if needed. The neighbours cannot be heard because the walls are sound proofed though unfortunately there is a club nearby and THAT you can hear even if you close the windows and the shutters (no sleep without ear-plugs). The parking lot is also spacious so it's easy to park. Also the renter was really friendly and very easy to reach. The phone-key also worked fine.

Lack of cleanliness... That was a HUGE disappointment. The windows have never been cleaned, they were dusty and full of hand-marks, and greasy spots. In the bathroom, in one corner there were a lot of black male hair (we also didn't want to analyze which kind...). On the floor and on some of the surfaces of the furniture there was also short black hair. The dishes had grains of undissolved dishwasher pods so we had to re-wash everything. The dishwasher sponge was in rags and by the looks of it contained some food grains - we never touched it, we bought new sponges. The bedside tables had a layer of dust. The curtains had stains on them. The shelf of the bathroom above the basin was torn down and hanging over the basin, so you had no surface to put your toothbrush or anything on (apart from the washing machine in the other side of the bathroom). The equipment in the kitchen was either completely worn (e.g. a plastic spoon melted partly or a teflon pan had a thousand scratches on it) or not clean. The coffee machine had a used capsule in it when we looked inside. The toaster started to emit a burned smell when we turned it on - it was also never cleaned. I saw the cleaning lady twice in the neighboring apartments owned by the same company - never once did I hear the sound of a vacuum cleaner. Oh, and you have to pay for coffee capsules and dishwasher capsules, so yes, the apartment has these utilities but actually you need to pay a price to use them. It looks like the renter tries to gain a penny on literally EVERYTHING: sparing money on such valueless things as dishwashing sponges or to replace the melted plastic spoon... I'd be ashamed if the equipement looked like this in my own place - let alone if I'm renting the place... One other thing is that very near the building there is some sort of a big club so at weekend (despite the sound-proofed walls) you won't sleep unless you have ear plugs because of the "thumpa-thumpa" rhythm...

Clean, comfortable and excellent hospitality

Key to entry the apartment at first was a bit confusing, but ok afterwards. The price is little bit expensive despite the location is not really close to the center.

Tiszta,jó elrendezésű lakás,sok fekvő hellyel.

Kényelmesen elfértünk 3 nagyobb gyerekkel is.Közel volt élelmiszerbolt.Könnyű volt a bejutás.

Konyhai eszközökben volt egy pici hiány,de nem zavart mert nem főzni mentem oda.
