Overall a pleasant experience. I like how clean the apartments were upon arrival.

The location of the accommodation was in a walkable distance to the lake and the town center. It was very quiet, clean, and overall a pleasant location with two grocery stores nearby. The host was very responsive, kind and respectful.

Unexpectedly perfect stay

The code keys is the best way to get the apartment. The location was perfect for us, because we like very much to walk in the morning or before going to sleep. In the same time you can get any destination by walking: the stadium (for performance), the lake and beach, the old center of the city. It's the faster point to leave the city. The area is the residential one, very clean and quite. Two markets are just in 100 m from the apartment. The small terrace gave to as the possibility to take a morning coffee and evening glass of wine in very cosy ambience. Good parking and playground for kinds.

From the perspective point maybe the conditioner will be an advantage. But personally we didn't need it. The apartment is hidden from the sun very well and the fan was enough.

If we ever come back to Klagenfurt, this is definitely the place where we will stay

Everything was fantastic. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were welcomed by sweets and drinks. The owner is extremely helpful and forthcoming. The location is perfect - right in the middle between the town centre and the lake. Everything is close but if you dont feel like walking, there is a bus stop right in front of the house.

That our holiday ended :)

The look, the amenities, the ease of checking in. The little thank you items on arrival were definitely warmly received.

It was hard to notice any and really I had to search for issues to find them. Over the week I stayed I did find not having a freezer was annoying. The weather was hot and a place to store ice cream would have been nice, as well as any frozen food items I may have bought on a shopping run for the week. Um, no toilet roll holder... Like I say aside from lack of a freezer for longer stays it was difficult to find any other real issues. It became more an attempt to try to find issues.

Great host, good location and value. Highly recommended

The property is very clean and well organized! Close to public transport and about 2km from d lake on foot. It gets slightly hot during the afternoons if the weather is hot outside. The only thing we were missing is an aircon unit, but otherwise it’s perfect. There is a shell station close by where we bought food and drinks at night! I’d absolutely book it again.

Perfect place!

Everything was perfect, the appartman was clean, cosy and beautiful. The S1 train is 3 min by walk, the Penny and Billa are 2 min by walk. We got extra gifts, like beer, cookies, etc. It was very kind. The owner of the accomodation was very nice and generous.

Etwas überteuert

Tabs für Kaffemaschine waren vorhanden. Keine Klimaanlage, aber zumindest die Ventilatoren sind gelaufen. Apartment selbst in Ordnung. Zentrale Lage.

Apartment ist südostseitig ausgerichtet. Von in der früh weg sehr heiss, den ganzen Tag, auch nachts. Eine Klimaanlage wäre toll gewesen. Keine Handtuchhalter beim Waschbecken. Kein Klopapierrollenhalter. Im Bad wäre etwas mehr Licht angebracht. Ganzkörperspiegel im Wohnbereich wäre nett. Handtuchwechsel nur nach Anruf. Für Gäste mit Behinderung nicht geeignet, da kein Lift vorhanden, es sind aber doch einige Stufen zu bewältigen.

Fanstastic - from now on my preferred accommodations in Klagenfurt! Großartig!

The apartment is conveniently located and has private parking. It was clean and in very good condition. The kitchen was fully equipped with every necessary appliance and everything worked perfectly. The pictures on booking.com are true to life. The bed was comfortable. (They even had a fan in the room for countering the summer heat.) The bathroom is clean, new and fully functional. The water pressure was great and the shower very nice. The owner was availalbe for questions and very helpful. They kindly provided snacks, drinks and coffee pods for the coffee machine, free of charge. This will be my "go to" accommodations for Klagenfurt in the future. I highly recommend HeRo's Home. Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen und verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz. Sie war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche war komplett mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Bilder auf booking.com entsprechen der Realität. Das Bett war bequem. (Es gab sogar einen Ventilator im Zimmer, um der Sommerhitze entgegenzuwirken.) Das Badezimmer ist sauber, neu und voll funktionsfähig. Der Wasserdruck war großartig und die Dusche sehr schön. Der Eigentümer stand für Fragen zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfsbereit. Er stellte freundlicherweise kostenlos Snacks, Getränke und Kaffeepads für die Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Dies wird in Zukunft meine bevorzugte Unterkunft in Klagenfurt sein. Ich kann HeRo's Home wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Es wäre noch gut, wenn man im Bad einen Seifenspender und in der Küche Geschirrhandtücher hätte.

Kleines Apartment zentral gelegen

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Wörthersee. Fußläufig war alles zu erreichen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Bahnhof Klagenfurt Lend ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Unser Vermieter hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfreich bei der digitalen Wörtherseepluscard. Das Apartment 1 entsprach genau den Fotos. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein scharfes Messer bekommen. Es gab Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffeek für die Maschine und Süßigkeiten.
