Very nice apartment, great location, nice hosts

Very nice apartment, the location is great and the hosts very helpful before and during the stay. The bedroom is in the little tower of the building, meaning that there is a narrow staircase inside the apartment to go up there. One just has to be mindful of that if not particularly mobile, but it adds to the charme of the place!

This is a modern and meticulously clean apartment, where each and every detail has been planned in advance. The location is excellent, as it is in between the city centre and the university. I enjoyed 20-min strolls in both directions along the canal. There are two big supermarkets - Hofer and Spar - in the neighbourhood. Above all, the hosts are very helpful and friendly :)

Für einen Klagenfurtaufenthalt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete und geräumige Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage zwischen Wörthersee und Innenstadt . Beides ist gut fußläufig erreichbar, aber es gibt auch gute Nahverkehrsanbindungen. Für Selbstversorger ist Spar und Hofer in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kontakte mit dem Vermieter haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Perfekter Kurztrip

Das Appartement war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Innenstadt, den See und das Wörthersee Stadion gut zu Fuß erreicht.

Wir konnten keinen Mangel feststellen.

Schönes, zweckmäßiges Apartment mit Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Kochplatten etc.) und war sehr sauber. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Hofer oder Billa sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war reibungslos.

Motorenlärm von Autos und Motorrädern und Gegröle von der Straße um 3 Uhr früh war störend, Das kam zweimal vor.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist wunderschön (sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos) und perfekt sauber. Für mich im Urlaub wichtig: Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen, das wurde hier absolut erfüllt. Die Handtücher waren auch flauschig und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ideal um schnell in der Stadt oder am See zu sein. Die Restaurant / Kaffee-Epfehlungen im Buch waren alle fantastisch. Der Parkplatz ist auch für etwas grössere Autos gut geeignet. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Ein wirklich rundum perfekter Urlaub, so dass man am liebsten noch länger bleiben würde.

Ruhiger angenehmer Aufenthalt

Dieses charmante und stilvoll eingerichtete Appartment können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Es war sauber, es war alles da was man braucht und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das apartment liegt im 2. Stock (kein Aufzug) und bietet ein kleines schönes Bad mit Dusche, eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, wo die Couch als Bett genutzt werden kann. Das Schlafzimmer ist über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar und hat ein Fenster mit schönem Weitblick gen Stadt. Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Zubehör war alles da!

Schönes, ruhiges Apartment in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, schönes Design, liebevolle Dekoration, das Highlight war das Schlafzimmer im Turm, man musste zwar eine kleine Treppe überwinden, um ins Schlafzimmer zu gelangen, aber das hält fit. Die Lage ist auch traumhaft, denn die Villa liegt zwischen der Innenstadt und dem See, beides auch zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Fahrrad leicht erreichbar. Die Tarviser Straße befindet sich vor dem Haus entlang dem Lendkanal und ist für mich ein Paradies für Radfahrer und Jogger. Die Information durch die Gastgeber über booking.com hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Self-check-in mit der App hat reibungslos funktioniert -(man muss nur das Handy ganz nahe zum Türschloss halten). Wenn man ein Problem hat, dann sind die Gastgeber telefonisch erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hätte ich mir nach unserer Ankunft einen Kontakt gewünscht, wenigstens in Form einer Nachricht (z. B. per SMS oder Mail), ob wir gut angekommen sind bzw. im Apartment alles passt, dann hat man das Gefühl, dass jemand in der Nähe ist. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Die Bahnstation Klagenfurt Lend befindet sich fußläufig 3 bis 4 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, fährt man vom Hauptbahnhof nur eine Station mit der S1 bis zum Apartment. Die Linie S1 kann man innerhalb von Klagenfurt bzw. auch Kärnten bis Lienz mit der Wörthersee Card (organisieren die Gastgeber) gratis nützen und damit viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen.
