Kényelmes ágyak, tiszta ágyneműk, és törölközők, nagyon modern, jól felszerelt konyha.

Nagyon tágas lakás, otthonosan berendezve. A régi és a új stílusosan keveredik, kellemesen éreztük magunkat. Hipermodern gépekkel felszerelt konyha, kényelmes és nagy ágyak, belvárosi elhelyezkedés. Az ágyakon kis gumicukrok vártak apró figyelmességként. Nagyobb családnak vagy társaságnak sem zsúfolt a szállás.
Szűkös lifttel lehet megközelíteni a lakást és a parkolás sem igazán megoldott a környéken. A régi padló rusztikus ugyan, de nagyon recseg-ropog, főleg éjszaka túl zajos egy ilyen helyen, ahol sokan tudnak egyszerre megszállni kényelmesen. A tisztaság elfogadható volt de azért nem teljesen makulátlan.
