Perfect location, if noted issues are sorted this could be one of the best apartments in Klagenfurt

Stay: One-Bedroom Comfort Suite 1. Awesome location (Easily one of the best in Klagenfurt Innerstadt) 2. Rooms were matching as listed here 3. Beds were comfortable 4. Basic kitchen stuff covered 5. Dishwasher and Washing machine 6. Nice size bathroom 7. Self Check-in and check-out 8. Wifi Coverage was good 9. TV was not fancy but Youtube worked ;) 10. Restaurants, Bakery, Public Transport everything is just at a few walking steps 11. Early check-in (1 hour) was accepted

Stay: One-Bedroom Comfort Suite 1. The bedroom faces a street and some people after happy hours or extended happy hours can be irritating when you are asleep and they are in mood to celebrate on the streets. 2. There was only one dishwasher tab even though I booked for 2 nights. At least number of tabs should match number of nights booked (that's minimum and additional tab should not be a problem). 3. The keyhole was already damaged and property agreed to get that sorted. 4. Bathroom and Wash basin are served with common soap dispenser 5. There was no bathroom mat to dry your feet after taking bath - basically you would roam around with wet feet for few minutes. 6. Sauce pan appeared extremely bad either due to heavy lime scaling or it was not washed (I didn't care to verify exact reason) 7. Heating kettle needs to be replaced - The filter was really bad. 8. I did not use washing machine but I did not see any possibility to dry your clothes if that is needed.

Great location and place in a beautiful setting in Klagenfurt and by the lake.

There was no breakfast.

No complaints. The exterior does not look great - but it is an old building, but the interior was very new and pristine, very nice. And the location is really excellent. Would highly recommend staying at Lime House and visiting Klagenfurt and the lake -spectacular veiws, restaurants (especially on the other end of the lake). Very enjoyable. .

Greta location, good restful sleep, and good value for money

Super convenient, central, easy to check in online. Super clean, quiet and fairly comfortable. The room had everything that I needed. I was happy when I got into the room.

Generally very satisfied with everything. The soap in the bathroom is not great, and because it's a disability friendly bathroom, the space is way too big, but this is not a real complaint, more something that you should be aware of.

We liked the accommodation.

The location is simply perfect! Everything was nearby, e.g. downtown, old town, main square, restaurants. The accommodation was well equipped, clean and modern. The double bed was comfortable.

There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, but when the door was closed it was not noticeable. We couldn't use netflix even with our own account, it was disabled. The noise from the street was very loud.

A very spacious studio, very quiet, and very central location. There is no reception, guests are sent a code just before arriving. Very clean and good facilities.

Great experience to discover Klagenfurt-city of mixed cultures: Italian, Austrian, Slovenian and Croatian.

Location is perfect, inside inner city, near to pubs, caffès and restaurants. Could be noisy on weekends. In the lower floors there is no AC, only in top level.

Ice cubes in the fridge we’re having hairs inside 🤮 Alao there was some food left in the fridge. Besides that, all perfect 👍

It was very clean and new, the location was perfect and the entry was very easy

there was a reconstruction in the building at 7:00 and it was soo loud that was not a good start of the day, and the sofa bed had a bad mattress

Fabulous accommodation in a really excellent location

Everything was great! The room was amazing. The customer service was also prompt and efficient (we had a slight issue with getting into the building when we first arrived)

We did struggle to enter the building at first - the front door required a very hard push, which we didn't realise at first, so we thought the access code was at fault. We had the same initial issue with the apartment door - the auto-lock needed a good twist and push to open it.

We were woken by loud drilling within the building from 7am on Wednesday 15th constant noise ruined a otherwise lovey stay as we were on holidays .

Lovely place to stay. Roomy, warm and fantastic location. Easy reach of all restaurants,shops and bars.

excellent location. Close to bus stop for airport. our kids liked the McDonald’s close by. There are restaurants and bars close by. felt safe and secure with key pads on all doors.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. would definitely stay here again.
