Exactly what was needed from our stay and very helpful host

the host Anna was excellent. kept in good contact and accommodated all requests for luggage storage and late check out. accommodation was also very quiet and peaceful location whilst being in easy access to main alter plaz

Most terrible place I have ever been

Room 203 I have traveled all over the world for both work and leisure, and this is by far the most unsatisfactory and unwelcoming hotel apartment I've ever encountered. You can attempt to sleep peacefully, but the outside lights continually turn on and off, and the sound of passing cars ensures you are frequently disturbed. The rays of lights comes in. They charge an extra 70¢ for a coffee pod, despite the fact that the water tank is filthy and covered in mold. I was moved to another room, 107, which was even worse, akin to being trapped in a basement. There was no window blind, and the curtain was insufficient to block the incoming light. The bed in 203 makes so much noise that it becomes extremely uncomfortable. The fridge still had food left inside, clearly indicating that it wasn't cleaned properly.

Ich war im Feber da. Das Apartment war gemütlich warm, sehr chic und bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr leise. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof war super. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Top Lage - wirkt nur etwas verlebt

Top Lage! - in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt sowie auf der Autobahn, fußläufig ist ein BILLA zu erreichen Trotz dass das Haus an einer Kreuzung ist, ist der Verkehr nicht zu hören. 5€ für die Parkplätze sind mehr als fair und im Innenhof genügend vorhanden.

Der Fußboden ist schon gut verlebt, sollte man bei Gelegenheit mal erneuern. Auch mit der Sauberkeit, vor allem in den Ecken, ist es auf dem zweiten Blick auch nicht so ernst genommen worden. Im Bad ist die Ablage unter dem Spiegel locker/schräg, dadurch ist die Ablage sinnlos. Dadurch ist auch kein Platz auf dem Waschbecken zum Abstellen. Wünschenswert wären auch ein Halter für die Handtücher zum aufhängen. Zum übernachten und zum Frühstücken aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Keine Anleitung bzw. Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage. Da nur warme Luft abgegeben wurde (trotz hoher Außentemperatur), haben wir sie dann ausgeschaltet. War aber für eine Nacht kein großes Problem.

Muy limpio todo, tal vez porque no soy de alla no conozco las rutas de transporte pero si es un poco complicado

Que todas las noches tenía wie escribir porque el aire tipo 12:30 de la noche no funcionaba.
