The most beautiful home with all the comforts you will ever need.

This property was clean, well furnished and provided all the comforts your could ever need. The host who greeted us was very warm and welcoming. Convenient location near the main train station as well.

Casa molto bella,spaziosa e pulita. Il proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile.

La mancanza del bidet e della lavatrice. Inoltre il water è separato dalla doccia e dal lavandino e si trova in uno stanzino accanto alla porta d’ingresso.

Es war toll!

Die Ausstattung und die Möblierung ist sehr gut. Sogar zur Jahreszeit passende, stimmige Dekoration war in allen Zimmern. Wir fühlten uns gerade wohl! Für unsere Kindern (unter 10) war das Stockbett ein Highlight, aber auch all die Spielsachen. Mit dem Auto waren wir sehr schnell überall in Klagenfurt.

Un fantastico punto di riferimento a Klagenfurt

La struttura è perfetta per una famiglia. Cortesia e professionalità da parte dei gestori Sanel & Anela a cui va dato il massimo dei voti per la cortesia ed avere arredato un appartamento in modo così accogliente. La posizione è ottima, pochi minuti in auto/bici/monopattino dal centro, a pochi isolati da una postazione per il noleggio delle bici. L'appartamento è sito in una zona tranquilla, in un condominio, a piano terra, dove è tutto perfetto, assolutamente in linea con la città di Klagenfurt. L'appartamento all'interno è molto comodo e nessuna criticità può essere rilevata. Il bagno è "diviso" in due locali, da una parte il solo water mentre dall'altra una comoda e bella doccia con il lavandino. Living room, cucina e camera da letto tutti ambienti puliti, funzionali ed arredati con particolare gusto. La camera dei bambini/ragazzi, 2 letti a castello, con giochi per tutte le età. Parcheggio nella strada posta davanti l'edificio, non a pagamento e con buona disponibilità di posti. Complimenti ai proprietari e grazie per la calorosa ospitalità.

Es war alles super. Als Verbesserung würde ich nur Insektenschutz an den Fenstern vorschlagen und vielleicht einen Toaster. Sonst alles top!

Wohnung sehr schön gutes Bett.

Keine guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss schon Glück haben um ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Schlafzimmer Tür quietscht beim bewegen sehr unangenehm.

Relax a Klagenfurt

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e vogliamo ringraziare di cuore Sanel per la sua estrema disponibilità e attenzione: è stato sempre presente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande gentilezza e professionalità. La casa è molto pulita, arredata con cura e gusto moderno, e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per sentirsi subito a casa. Non manca davvero nulla! La posizione è ottima: tranquilla, vicina al centro e a soli 10 minuti in auto dallo Strandbad, ideale per una giornata di relax al lago. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’accoglienza alla qualità della struttura. Consigliamo questa casa senza esitazioni e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Kényelmes, tágas, felújított földszinti lakás. Csend és nyugalom. Parkolás ingyenes a ház előtt. Pékség, kávézó, éttermek az utca végén. 25 perc séta a központ, de autóval is bejárható a város. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. Még a fűtést is bekapcsolta nekünk. Finom teák és kávék a kínálópulton. Jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük!

A wc valóban szűkos, de ilyenek a lakás adottságai.

De stank in de badkamer, ws geen shiffon in de badkamer gemonteerd , het rook hierdoor in het hele appartement

Herzlicher Empfang

Gut gefallen haben uns die Betreuung und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns noch ein paar Dekorationsideen für uns selbst mitgenommen.

Leider war die Toilettenabdeckung locker, sodass diese oft beim Spülen verrutschte. Uns hat das alte Heizsystem etwas abgeschreckt, wodurch es auch leider keinen Geschirrspüler gab. Die Heizung funktionierte aber nach Einstellung durch den Gastgeber. Leider war auch der Unterschrank im Bad wackelig. In der Küche könnte ein Schäler nachgerüstet werden, es gab leider keinen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in einem hellhörigen Wohnblock, das sollte man wissen.

Vermieter Top aber durch die Lage und den Altbau finde ich es zu teuer!

Positiv Vermieter super freundlich und total bemüht 👍 Wohnung super sauber und neu eingerichtet 👍 Negativ Lage ist nicht gerade die schönste von Klagenfurt. Es riecht im Stiegenhaus ständig unangenehm, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts! Es ist ein Altbau und das merkt man in der Toilette in der Küche und vorallem wenn man jedes Wort durch die Wände vom Nachbarn versteht. Leider ist auch keine Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Molto gradite le capsule di caffè e la selezione di tisane offerte dall' host.

Appartamento al piano terra a 5 min di auto dal centro, ben riscaldato, luminoso e con tutto il necessario per una permanenza anche più lunga. La via è stretta ma molto tranquilla e si può parcheggiare lungo la strada. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Ad essere pignoli si potrebbe mettere una tenda oscurante anche in cucina.
