I really enjoyed my stay in these apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The owner met us from the road, showed us the apartments, told us where to leave the car and other details. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life. I really liked that the kitchen even had such products as oil, salt, sugar, other spices, tea and coffee, this is a set of products that you will not buy if you are staying for 1-2 days, but it helps a lot in cooking.

Good communication from owner, very welcoming. Beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed for a 2 night stay . Close to supermarket and some restaurants.

Perfect appartement for a family stay

Spatious 2-bedroom appartment with big living room and kitchen area, situated in a family house, rented by the owners which live upstairs. The whole appartement is perfectly clean, very comfortable beds (even the sofa is very comfy to sleep on). The kitchen is very nice and has all the appliances (we really enjoyed using the espresso machine). Strong wifi signal. Parking available on the street in front of the house (not all spots for free), but owners offered the posibility of parking in their yard (carport). The owners are very nice and willing to help with everything we needed. Perfect for a family!

Everything was spotless. Maybe the beds were too soft, maybe only for me, I need harder.

Exceptional

Apartment is very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with towels. Peaceful neighborhood so you can get quality sleep before next day of travel. In kitchen is coffee machine, with two types of coffee and milk. Owner lady dropped by to to say hi. We visited during weekend so parking was free on other side of street. It is couple of minutes drive to lake and city center so very convenient position in city. All in all, 10/10 would recommend to stay with family.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la zona di Klagenfurt. Appartamento pulito, caldo, con molti servizi "extra": tisane, caffè Nespresso in capsule, spezie varie e una grande quantità di stoviglie. Parcheggio gratuito sempre disponibile in strada a, pochi passi dall'appartamento. Zona super tranquilla. Proprietari sempre disponibili

Als Unterkunft zum Übernachten ist es sehr gut.

Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß ca. 20min. entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5min.da.

Der Ausblick in der Wohnung ist nur auf die Wand des Nachbarhauses, leider.

Super Lage, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Riesige Wohnung, da hat man sich wohl gefühlt. Absolut top waren auch die Vermieter, so etwas findet man sehr selten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub als Familie

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Vermieter von A-Z um unser Wohl sehr bemüht. Die Lage war für uns optimal gelegen. Wir konnten unsere Aktivitäten (Innenstadt ca 1,6km, Messe ca 2km,…) alles zu Fuß erledigen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind genügend vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Großes Lob an die Vermieter, die sehr nett und zuvorkommend sind. Wir kommen wieder… Genau so muss es sein…

Excelente alojamiento

Estuvimos como en casa. Es un apartamento precioso con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. De hecho nosotros alargamos nuestra estancia de lo agusto que estábamos. Por supuesto que los dueños, fueron super amables con nosotros y nos ofrecieron todas las facilidades. El contacto fue muy bueno e inmediato y nos ayudaron bastante. Te dejan detalles que se agradecen como bombones, paraguas y zapatillas. Todo muy limpio. Tiene muchos juegos y juguetes para los niños y una cama elástica. Es un apartamento muy silencioso y se duerme genial, buenas camas. El apartamento está en un barrio precioso, tranquilo y con un super muy cerca. La parada de bus está casi en la puerta y te pones en el centro en 7 minutos. Muy bien comunicado con todas las atracciones turísticas que quieras visitar. Si alquilas coche, también tienes fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Lo recomiendo si quieres disfrutar de Klagenfurt en familia.

Pro nouzové přespání dobré, na delší pobyt ne.

Ubytování je v klidné čtvrti. Má dobře vybavenou kuchyň. Vedle ubytování je automat s farmářskými produkty, které se dají využít i pro jednoduchou snídani nebo večeři.

Čistota nic moc. Špinavé povlečení s mastnými fleky. Na jedné posteli byl v povlečení trn, asi z růže, který jsem si vrazila do ruky. Jedna ze dvou ložnic je opravdu malinká, dvoulůžková postel je přístupná jen z jedné strany. Chybí osvětlení u postele, je jen jedno stropní. Matrace jsou hodně měkké. Malinká koupelna. Majitelé posílají informace jen v němčině.Klíče k apartmánu jsou v zamčené skříňce na kód. Chybí návod na otevření. Na jednu noc to na přespání stačilo, pro víc dní bych zvolila jiné ubytování.
