KUS is a wonderful place

A quiet place. The apartment is cozy and is equipped with everything you need. The furniture is made with taste and attention to detail. The fan and lighting complement each other perfectly. There is a small balcony for a morning coffee in the air overlooking the Alps lit by the sunrise.

The apartment has no air conditioning and no iron. This is more a statement of fact, not exactly a dissatisfaction.

Convenient location, lacking some amenities, clean apartment.

The apartment is next to a bus stop which made it very convenient for us to get around from the lake to the old town. We were there for the Ironman, and we used the buses to get back and forth to see our athlete. The apartment is large which was nice for not spending time in your bedroom. The washer worked well and there’s a large drying rack on the balcony. There’s a Nespresso machine, which we used daily.

There’s no AC which made it difficult since the days we were there leading up to the Ironman were extremely hot 80-90F degrees). We knew there was no AC, but didn’t expect the high temps for beginning of June. There’s only one fan in the dining area. No fans for the bedrooms. The bed pillows were the worst. Your head sinks and there’s no support. You need to grab a throw pillow from the couch to wrap the bed pillow around for support. There’s an oven but no oven pan (I.e., cookie sheets) we purchased rolls to bake but realized without a cookie sheet or aluminum foil we could not make them. Also, there’s dish soap to use but no sponge or dish brush, so we had to use paper towels that we bought at the grocery store.

Bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt, sagt wohl alles...

Lage ist ok. Nachts sehr ruhig, Nahversorger, Apotheke, Bushaltestelle, sehr guter Italiener fußläufig erreichbar. Auto hatte überdachten Abstellplatz.

Verbesserung bräuchte es bei der Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen, nur in einem Schlafraum gibt es eine Stange und Kleiderbügel, der 2.Raum hat zwar eine Kommode aber ansonsten wenig Platz. Das ist bei 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dann nicht so einfach.

Perfekt

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in denen wir je waren. Dieses Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, hat bequeme Betten, ein super Sofa und ist generell super schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der checkin und die Kommunikation mit Birgit war jederzeit einwandfrei. Es war einfach rundum perfekt!

Wir haben kein kleines schneidemesser gefunden, aber dafür gibt es keinen Abzug :)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super wenn man zum Wörtherseestadion möchte. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. In 2 Minuten ist man bei der Bushaltestelle. Linie 4 fährt direkt zum Lindwurm. Das Bett ist außerordentlich bequem, wir haben ausnahmslos alle wunderbar geschlafen. Es gibt eine Kapselmaschine mit 2 Kapseln. Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Schlüsselsafe ist super, da die Anreise auch spät am Abend möglich war. Überdachter Parkplatz, was will man mehr. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Besitzerin, die auf jede meiner Anfragen wirklich schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet hat. Ich bin begeistert, findet man selten.

Nett wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Einen Kochlöffel haben wir zwar vermisst, war jetzt aber weiter nicht schlimm. Mit den zwei vorhandenen Geschirrspültabs sind wir nicht ausgekommen und konnten den Geschirrspüler vor der Abreise leider nicht mehr einschalten.

Zugang von aussen über Metalltreppe war kein Problem, aber für ältere Tipp, was beachtet werden sollte.
