Comfortable stay with very pleasant hosts.

A very spacious, well equipped property in easy reach (20 mins by foot) of Klagenfurt centre. Clean and very comfortable beds. The bottle of Prosecco and the sweet treats were most appreciated.

If being very picky, there was a bit of black mould in the shower which could have very easily been treated and cleaned off.

Spacious luxury apartment with good location

Stayed here for a week. Huge apartment on a quiet street, a good location near the city center… and just a 10 minute drive to the lake. Apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Having a designated parking space very nice. Billa grocery store just down the street!

Just a note that the washing machine was not in the apartment, you share it with others in the property. Not a big issue though, and I would still rent here again.

I didn't expect an apartment this good

Very welcoming host, the apartment is huge, clean, very well equipped. 2 big bedrooms + a smaller room suitable for 2 children. Big living room with a huge TV, big kitchen with all the things you need. Location is quite good, grocery store, restaurant and pub all nearby. Wörthersee Stadion is walking distance (2,8km, for me it's walking distance :-) ). Also, the apartment have a private parking spot.

I didn't realize there is no AC, because the apartment was cool enough without it. I usually don't use AC, so I didn't miss it at all. The shower is slippery when wet, but I told the host already, so the next person probably will see an anti-slippery rug in the shower. :-)

The most amazing apartment I had been to, for a long time

specious house with everything in it. a lot of space. huge flat screen TV and excellent WiFi to use. Kitchen was well organized with everything in it, including coffee capsules.

You need to stick to little details if you want to find something to improve here, so all I could find is that it was my first time that I had to pay tourist/city tax for children under age 15,

Exceptional

This is one of the best apartments we've ever lived in during our travelling. The whole interior is fresh, clean, new and nicely furnished. Large, quite bedrooms and cosy beds for us (6 travellers). Spacious living room with a huge TV, suitable for social activities. The kitchen and its equipments are far beyond any expectations. There was definitely everything we needed for cooking, many of the utensils and spices were brand new, tee and coffee capsules were also provided. The bathroom is clean, large, has 2 basins and both shower and bathtub but luckily separated from the toilet. Clean and fresh towels, bedsheets. Disinfectant, facemasks, even covid antigen tests were provided. The apartment is located in a quite street and has a private parking lot. We got clear instructions (messages) before the check-in. We never met the owner(s) but a kind lady on the ground floor was apparently authorised to take care of us. She did it very well. She didn't speak English though. A couple of bottles of sparkling wine and water waited for us in the fridge (complimentary). A decent wine cooler filled with all kinds of beverages was also available for extra costs.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Top-Lage!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang vom Vermieter, der uns alle Räume gezeigt hat Ein Wasser und eine Flasche Prosecco standen für uns bereit, was sehr nett war und zu den hohen Temperaturen gepasst hat Die Ausstattung ist der absolute Hammer! Wir haben selten eine Ferienwohnung gesehen, die in jedem Bereich so gut ausgestattet war, insbesondere in der Küche. Alle Kochutensilien waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, zudem die Standardgewürze, welche man verwenden durfte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gab zudem ausreichend Handtücher. Die Lage ist perfekt für Aktivitäten mit der Bahn, der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, auf dem Weg liegen diverse Bäcker, Cafés und Bars. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert und direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!
