Good

The apartment is small but has everything you need. We are a family with two children so it was not spacious but we could manage just fine for two nights. The owners were very helpful and efficient. The towels didn't seem clean enough and the trash bin lids couldn't close so we reported that to the owner by phone. The lady on the phone was very nice. The next day we got new towels and a new bin. There are parking spaces in the courtyard, some are under the roof. The parking fee per night and car costs 5 euros. The owner sends precise instructions on how to enter the building because it goes via mobile phone. The town centre, Minimundus and Reptilienzoo are around 10 minutes' drive from the apartment and a supermarket is less than 10 minutes' walk from it. There is a parking lot behind City Arcades shopping centre in the town center. It costs 3 euros per hour.

The apartment is situated near the crossroads so it can be noisy. The firefighters vehicles would pass every now and then with the sirens on. The electric plugs and the main light switch were loose.

the fact that there was no door in the bathroom, only a narrow curtain, I did not expect this in an apartment that you pay very expensively, it is not worth it for the price.. and the walls were full of cobwebs and the room was very poorly cleaned, the dishes were also very dirty,.. .

Exceptional

Our daughter studies at Klagenfurt Universität. We always come here from Hungary to Anna and Reinhard's Messe Apartman when we visit her (ever 3-4 weeks just for 2-3 days). The room always clean, comfortable bed, near the center (10 minutes by walk), and we can find everything in the kitchen what we need on these days. They are very kind and polite people, always flexible and i can say now we have a friendship. We and our daughter always can count on them if we need anything! So we can say with my Husband from them and the Apartment only the BEST! Very comfortable and modern as the gate and the room-door can open :) Really like it, dont need a normal key just a phone number what we already saved into our mobile :)

'Russisch standart' in the heart of Austria-unbelievable.Booking.com shouldn't advertise such places

The bathroom next to the room has no door, only a sliding curtain. In addition, not covering entrance opening. I was traveling with my family (4 people in total) and using the bathroom, especially the WC was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable experience (smells, sounds). Outrageous standard that should not be in any hotel room.

You spent a fortune on phone calls before you can get in.

There is an all you can eat Asian restaurant with sushi nearby.

The owner promised in an email before arrival that he will program the door to open at noon so we can put our bags inside before the official check-in at 3 pm. The door did not open. It did not open either at 6 pm. We tried several times using the mobile we registered with booking.com. We had to make at least 4 phone calls (International ones that the machine always picked up but there was no person to speak to on the other side of the line) on top of the ones that did not open the door (but we had to pay for them too) to reach an operator. When they finally opened the door we saw that despite having paid for three people only a bed for two was made). Another international phone call had to be made to find out that we had to find the sheets and make the bed ourselves. When we went out the following day again we could not get back in. Their remote door system just doesn't work. The coffee machine that looks very good in the photo was assembled in an unprofessional way, so 1 liter water poured out from the side of the machine. The bathroom did not have a proper door only a curtain.

Die Dame am Tel. war sehr freundlich und hat mir Den LogIn per Tel. geschickt, da ich keinen Internetzugang hatte.

Die Straße daneben war extrem laut! Die Couch hat 2 extrem große, ecklige Flecken. Auch die Polster haben Flecken; Der Boden war zwar sauber aber staubig; Im Bad war es unterm WC nicht sauber; Es steht zwar eine Nachttischlampe da, aber es gibt auf einer Seite keine Steckdose - macht wenig Sinn;

Mieses Apartment, miese Ausstattung und eine reine Abzocke!

Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, vermutlich um nicht auf die Missstände aufmerksam machen zu können. Das Zimmer war ein Eckzimmer mit Straßenlärm auf jeder Seite. Oberhalb des Bettes befand sich ein riesiger brauner Fleck, der vermutlich durch Nässe oder einem Wassereinbruch stammte, wobei sich schon der Verputz löst. Die Matratze des Bettes war unter jeder Kritik und extrem unbequem. Am Nachtkästchen stand zwar eine Lampe, jedoch gab es keinen Stromanschluss. Das Bad und WC haben zum Schlafraum hin keine Tür, als Ersatz wurde ein Stoffschiebetüre montiert. Die Dusche hat keine Duschtüren mehr, sie wurden herausgerissen und nicht mehr ersetzt. Dadurch wird beim Duschen natürlich der gesamte Boden, bzw. das Badezimmer, unter Wasser gesetzt. Die Fliesen sind verdreckt und vom Kalk schwer in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Wenn man barfuß durch die Wohnung gegangen ist, spürte man, wie klebrig der Boden war. Was extrem ekelhaft war. Die Küche wurde von uns nicht benützt, sie ist extrem klein und verdient die Bezeichnung „Küche“ nicht! Ich will gar nicht mehr über diese Unterkunft erzählen, lediglich dass diese Herrschaften die Frechheit besitzen für so ein Loch 189€ für eine Übernächtigung zu verlangen, der Parkplatz (im Freien) wurde noch extra mit 5€ in Rechnung gestellt!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, mieses Apartment, eine reine Abzocke noch dazu !!!!
