Great apartment, highly recommended.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay in Klagenfurt. Sabine is a very attentive and accommodating host, the apartment is in a perfect location, and is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the large TV for an almost cinema-like experience, and a large array of board games to play on a rainy day. Kitchen was great too, has everything one needs for comfortable cooking and eating, including spices and condiments. Complimentary coffee and treats were a sweet touch and highly appreciated!

Great location, well equipped, pleasant apartment!

I stayed in Sabine and Josef’s apartment for eight months this past year and have only positive things to say about it - in fact, I’ll be returning again next year. The location is great - a five minute walk to the center and fifteen minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof - but the surroundings are not too loud or busy. The apartment comes thoroughly equipped with things from extra blankets to kitchen supplies. The spaces are pleasant and inviting with cute decor. It's also quite spacious - when my family visited, I was able to sleep everyone in the living room with no problem. The owners are friendly, responsive, and flexible. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Klagenfurt!

Great accommodation with a great owner.

Sabine was extremely kind and helpful. She kept in touch with us the whole time till we were there, and after we left the apartment she wrote us a goodbye message :-) The apartment is very clean, close to everything but in a quiet location. The apartment was very clean and the furnitures were nice and modern.

Loved it

The apartment was completely comfortable. The owners provided many items that you wouldn’t normally expect such as a delicious coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic stay. We didn’t realise before we arrived that there was no air con for the bedroom, but a fan was provided which did the job. Overall we loved it

Everything was perfect in the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. There is a very large screen TV. The apartment is quite big. The owner of the apartment kept us informed and allowed late check out. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the old city centre.

Wunderbar!

Unser Aufenthalt in Klagenfurt war toll, die Wohnung hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen! Es ist selten, dass eine Unterkunft so gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Lage erlaubt es, zu Fuß gleich direkt in der Altstadt zu sein, zum Bahnhof sind es nur etwa 10min. Zum Stadion sind es etwa 45min zu Fuß (netter Spaziergang am Lendkanal). Im Bett schläft man himmlisch und es ist ruhig (das Fenster des Schlafzimmers ist auf der Innenhofseite). Sabine ist super bemüht und erreichbar. Man merkt, dass ihr die Gäste am Herzen liegen. In der Wohnung ist eine Mappe hinterlegt, in welcher man sämtliche Tipps für Klagenfurt und die Umgebung erhält (Ausflüge, Lokale etc.). Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter, danke an dieser Stelle nochmal an Sabine für den gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, in wenigen Fußminuten in der gesamten Innenstadt. Parkplätze auf den Straßen genügend vorhanden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super, und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Weil wir letztes Jahr schon ein paar Tage in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht haben und es uns so gut gefallen hat, sind wir dieses Jahr auch gerne wieder gekommen. Alles hat wieder reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und die zentrale Lage sehr genossen.
