Very nice apartment in a nice city

Nice and modern apartment not far from the city centre. Check-in is very easy, beds are comfortable. Very good soundproofing on windows and doors (and also window blinds), fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, etc -- very pleasant stay overall. Also, one of the nice ladies in the office downstairs seems to be fluent in all the worlds languages :)

Nothing really, but just for nitpicking: the pillows could be a bit higher/firmer; no way to change room temperature (and no remotes for air conditioners, but actually room temprature was mostly fine),

Everything was perfect! Very large apartment for 4 persons, nicely equipped with such a lovely host - Anna. Bed is also very comfortable. With private parking and easy walk to the downtown, i really can't ask for more. Highly recommend!

Sentralt og stor leilighet. God parkeringsplass. Super service fra personalet, svarte asap og ordnet om det dukket opp ting.

Selve leiligheten bar preg av å ha blitt godt brukt, veldig slitt. Burde komme bedre frem i annonse at en skal betale ekstra for klimaanlegg.

Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach, kaffeezubereiter, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine Bequeme Betten

Gebrauchte Kaffeekapsel war noch im zubereiter und Kaffee lief komplett einmal am Schrank herunter. Das hätte man sehen und entfernen können. Finde ich nicht so appetitlich, wobei es schlimmeres gibt…

Sehr gut. Ein paar kleine Mängel, aber hat den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Preis war recht hoch. Küchenausstattung spärlich. Ausziehcouch defekt. Check-Out 10:00 Uhr sehr früh. Aufzug am Abreisetag defekt - etwas mühsam mit viel Gepäck.

Belváros közeli, tiszta, jó hangulatú lakás.

Központban található, szép épület, saját parkolóval (5 euro/nap). Liftes, akadálymentes. A lakás ízlésesen berendezett, tiszta volt. A belváros 10 perces sétával elérhető.

A különálló hálószoba egy elég forgalmas kereszteződésre néz, nyitott ablaknál nem lehet aludni. Sajnos a klímákhoz nem kaptunk szabályozót, így csak akkor kapcsolt be, amikor már 27-28 fok lehetett. Az irodát a három nap alatt egyszer sem találtam nyitva, csak a booking.com-n keresztül tudtam üzenetet hagyni. Sajnálom, hogy a helyszínen nem tudtam senkivel találkozni a bérbeadó vagy képviselője közül.

- la grandezza del appartamento - struttura moderna e recente - posizione vicina al centro - presenza ascensore - cialde per il caffè (di ottima qualità) - utili il tostapane e il bollitore - wi-fi funziona bene - divano letto in soggiorno comodo

- doccia scivolosa - scarsa pulizia (capelli sul letto, polvere, tappeto in bagno sporchissimo, pavimento sporco…) - indicazioni per accedere all’appartamento poco chiare - tapparelle con i fermi rotti, alcune siamo riusciti a far scendere arrampicandosi sul davanzale della finestra, altre in camera da letto non siamo riusciti ad abbassare. Di conseguenza ci siamo svegliati alle 5 del mattino perché le tende non sono abbastanza oscuranti - materassi troppo morbidi, si sprofondava - troppo afoso di notte (data 02/05) e nessuna indicazione per l’aria condizionata (a pagamento). Abbiamo inutilmente cercato dei telecomandi per ricevere la risposta loro il giorno dopo che il sistema di condizionamento è centralizzato. Cosa vuol dire?!? Come si attiva?!? Sarebbe da specificarlo meglio, anche il costo… Voglio precisare che l’aria condizionata viene indicata tra i servizi della camera come inclusi!!!
