Huge apartment. Good location. Strange furniture

The apartments are really big. Tons of space. Also the location is ok. In the middle of the town wich gives good proximity to all you need.

The furniture is strange and the place has a cheap look and feel. Curtain do not black out 100%. TV is in an odd place. It doesn’t really have a soul.

An impressive-looking accommodation in a romantic hunting-lodge style.

At the time of booking, it wasn’t clear which apartment we would get. In the end, we received the spacious, beautiful, vintage-style yet renovated Veneto Suite, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms each have a nice bathroom, and the beds are comfortable.

The heavy brocade blackout curtains were musty, and it seemed the previous guest may have smoked, as the smell of cigarette smoke took several hours to air out. The apartment is very beautiful, but extremely noisy — it's hard to sleep with the windows open.

We originally booked a two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the water in the apartment so they offered us a wonderful apartment Maisonette in the main hotel (Sandwirth Hotel). I can fault nothing with the apartment. it was spacious and beautiful with great facilities

Wow...Great place to stay. So Central. Nice cafe across the road for breakfast. Very quiet.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. No parking, far away rooms.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Good location.

First of all: no free parking. We had to park in a public parking next to the hotel and we payed 20 euros for that. The room that was given to us was NOT on the main building. We had to march on the streets to go to another building (at night, with all of our luggage and kids) where our romm was. The building was creepy when we entered it. On the room keys of was written it was on the 1st floor, but after trying to open all the doors of the rooms we saw, we realized it has to be on another floor. It was on the 2nd floor. The room in itself was clean, but too big without need. The bed was not comfortable. The next day, we had to march across the streets again (and we had the misfortune of it being on a street market day) to have breakfast on the main building. Breakfast was ok. Then we had to go back to our room and march across the market to attain our car in the public parking lot... Not nice at all. Not deserving of 4 stars.

Pleasant

We were surprised that er were brought to another location. Palais musil is a 10min walk from the main hotel which we didn't expect. We really wanted to stay in the main building. Very disappointing to have to walk for about 10min to get to the breakfast buffet.

Great Location

Great central location and fantastic brunch.

The pictures are NOT accurate. There is no couch and no lounging chair in the living room. It’s very awkward and there was no place to sit except a dining table. They need to work on decor and get more accurate photos.

Comfy stay in Klagenfurt

We appreciated the original internal decor of the apartment. Everything was stylish and made with attention to details. The beds very comfy and the kitchen quite spacious.

The only downside that one has to go back to the hotel for breakfast. The nearby street could be noisy at times.

The studio suite

The studio suite they gave us was cozy and comfortable. It is on a different location and not inside the hotel. It is NOT bigger than a regular double bedroom. Maybe the bathroom is. The only difference is how they furnished it. A modern style. In addition to the regular rooms there is a kitchenette behind the closet doors and the coffee machine. The location is very central and close to any kind of things like stores and food. It is very indipendent and right in front of the town weekly market. Probably a little too expensive for its dimensions and the services but in a quiet and historical building.

Lage topp, Wohnung Flop

Die Lage war topp und die Grösse des Appartements auch.

Das Appartement ist düster mit dem vielen Holz und den Butzenscheiben. Die Lampen/Beleuchtung müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die einte Duschkopfbefestigung ist defekt. Die Reinigung erfolgte nicht jeden Tag und die Betten waren teilweise nicht gemacht. Toilettenpaper wurde auch immer nicht aufgefüllt.

Romantisches schönes Gebäude. Zimmer perfekt, eher puritán . Direkt im Stadtzentrum, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Einmal und nie wieder! Und werde ich auch nicht weiter empfehlen!

Sehr sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption! Rezeption 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn man Frühstück dazu bucht, muss man in das Hotel rübergehen. Die 5 Minuten wären nicht das Problem, aber bei starken Regen 🌧️ einfach nicht lustig!

Der Urlaub beginnt schon an der Rezeption! Und da war der Urlaub quasi vorbei!!!

Ein erholsames stilvolles Wochenende mit Messe

Die sehr schönen stilvoll gemütlich Zeitlos eingerichteten Zimmer. Parken am Wochenende gegenüber und im Umkreis des Hotels war kostenfrei.

Frühstück ist viel zu teuer für das Angebot der Auswahl gerade für wenig Esser. Hier wäre ein kleines günstigeres Angebot einer Take Away Box schön gewesen( 1 belegtes Brötchen mit Salat, Wurst, Käse oder Marmelade wahlweise, 1 Stück Obst nach Wahl, und einen Cappuccino zb).

Izvrsna lokacija, u centru, Sanela na recepciji iznimno ljubazna. Apartman je prostran i vrlo dobro opremljen. Vrlo čisto, blistavo bijeli, novi, ručnici i posteljina.

Gut, manches muss erneuert werden

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, trotzdem ruhig. Viele Lokale fußläufig, der Markt direkt vor der Haustür, optimal. Es hat uns gut gefallen hier.

Die Küchenzeile beim Eingang ist gleich beim Hereinkommen abschreckend. Silikonfugen gehören erneuert. Der Kleiderschrank mit der Stange ganz oben ist sinnlos, weil unbenützbar. Die große Sitzbank im Wohnzimmer ist zwar optisch schön, aber sehr unbequem. Das bereitgestellte Duschgel im Bad war leer. Kleine Investitionen wären notwendig, dann wäre diese Wohnung wirklich toll.
