Nice and clean apartment close to the city centre

Very nice apartment in a basement of a villa. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment has 3 rooms plus one kitchen and one bathroom, all very clean and nice. Free coffee and biscuits. Parking on the street easy to get in front of the villa. City centre 15 minutes by walk, bakeries, parks and market close to the location. I would be back for sure. The onwership, apart for a misunderstanding, was very helpful and professional

Did not got the instruction to enter, so I had to wait with a very tired toddler 30 minutes outside. Anyhow the ownership solved it quickly. The garden is a work in progress and not really usable right now

New and modern apartment in a residential area

The stay was very pleasant, Frank was very helpful and provided us with good recommendations for breakfast. The apartment is new, very clean, and comfortable. I particularly liked the bed, big and comfortable. Extra pillows and sufficient bedding. The bathroom is quite modern and spacious. The kitchen is small but I didn't use it much during my stay, except to make coffee. Overall I recommend it.

I have no complaints. The location is very quiet, but in my case, I was using public transportation, it is in an area where the bus service is not so frequent and you have to walk several blocks to the nearest bus stop. It was not a problem for me in any case.

Die Verkehrsverbindungen wären hervorragend, aber für die Fahrzeiten ist der Vermieter NICHT verantwortlich. Linie 1 und Linie 20 fahren ziemlich nahe hin. Allerdings abends mit großen Intervallen. Der Weg vom Heiligengeistplatz (Hauptbusstandplatz) bis zur Adresse ist ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt für ein verlängertes Wochenende.

Zentral gelegen, Bahnhof, Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Wir wissen bis heute leider nicht, wofür der Abus - Schlüssel und die Mini Fernbedienung neben den Schlüsseln gedacht war. Eine kurze Nachricht dazu wäre sinnvoll gewesen. Aber immerhin haben beiden Chips zum Tür öffnen super funktioniert.

Ļoti tīrs un patīkams dzīvoklis, pieejams viss nepieciešamais. Pavisam netālu vecpilsēta un arī ezers. Ļoti droša apkārtne.

Baseins un atpūtas zona ar saulessargu (kā bildē) nebija pieejami. Ārpusē notiek būvdarbi.

Großzügiges Apartment mit guter Raumaufteilung in zentraler Lage.

Großzügig angelegtes Apartments mit guter Raumaufteilung im Keller des Hauses, in ruhige Lage und trotzdem im Zentrum. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzen Gehdistanzen.

Etwas muffiger Kellergeruch und man muss ständig das Fenster offen haben, wenn man so wie wir sehr geruchsempfindlich ist.

Innen hui- aussen pfui! Aber kann nur besser werden

sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Aussenbereich war sehr unansprechend. Der angekündigte "Gartenblick" ist vom Apartement aus nicht vorhanden. Ebenso war der "Freibereich und Sitzplatz im Garten " eine Baustelle. Hätte man vorher sagen können. Im Souterrain hat man eh schon wenig Ausblick, aber was man sah, waren Schutt und Steine- ziemlich enttäuschend!

Unser Aufenthalt in Klagenfurt bleibt in bester Erinnerung!

Traumhafte ruhige zentrale Lage samt Parkmoeglichkeit Das Appartement ist mit liebevollen Details -besonders das Badezimmer - ausgestattet, ein Korb mit Obst u kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten stand bereit, sogar ein SodaStream war vorhanden. Insgesamt ein geschmackvolles Ambiente!

Wäre super gewesen, wären die Kaffeetassen nicht zu hoch für die Nespresso-Maschine gewesen. Gut, dass auch eine Bodum French Press zur Verfügung stand.
