The house is charmingly furnished and decorated and is well-equipped. The house has a roofed terrace and a balcony on the first floor. The ground floor comprises an entrance area, a toilet, a kitchen with a dining space and access to the roofed terrace, as well as a living room with a tiled fireplace stove. The kitchen is not new, but is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which open onto the balcony.
