Comfortable and spacious

The value is amazing getting a whole flat to yourself! Kerttu made me feel very welcomed, she has a great value community restaurant downstairs too :) Only about 10 min walk to the city centre easy to navigate. For the price you pay very easy and nice place to stay!

It’s a little warm even in feb but not much of a problem for me as I bring my own fan. But I guess in the summer you might have to pay for the air con, but hard to complain for the price I paid

It was clean. It has private and safe parking. It is generally very good.

I don't like opening the doors by making a phone call. It would be better to get a key, or passcode to open a door.

Perfect place!

Great place to stay. The appartment is in a perfect location in the city. The price is very fair and the facility very modern. Opening the doors with my mobile phone worked without any problems. The only minor minus point: the room get's a little bit warm but that's really not a big problem. I would book here again fore sure!

Alles gut.

Nahe am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen, eine Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort gegeben. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Im Appartement alles vorhanden was es braucht.

Für die Dauer und den Grund des Aufenthaltes eine perfekte Unterkunft. Da gibt es eigentlich nichts negatives zu berichten.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Küchenzeile und großem Bad mit Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Problemloser Check-in/Check-out. Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und Busanbindung zu Strandbad, Universität, Stadtzentrum und Hauptbahnhof.

Soukromé parkoviště se závorou ve vnitrobloku domu. Elektricky ovládané okenní rolety. Vchod do APT na číselný kód. Prostorná koupelna. Velkoformátová dlažba. Vzhled apartmánového domu. Vestavěná prostorná skříń. Kuchyńský kout. Koše na tříděný odpad. Záclony i závěsy v oknech. Výtah.

Umístění domu s APT přímo na rušné křižovatce. Centrální klimatizace za poplatek 5 EUR , kde nelze navolit z pokoje teplotu. Toaleta součástí koupelny. Méně pohodlné spaní nízko na rozkládacím gauči pro 2 osoby. Zpoplatněné parkoviště 5 EUR/NOC. Pouze 3 židle u stolu pro 4 ubytované hosty. Zvlášt hrazené parkování a poplatek obci v hotovosti přenechán na kuchyńském stole při odjezdu dle požadavků ubytovatele. Žádný fyzický kontakt s ubytovatelem.

ドアのカギが最初合わなかったので、調整してもらった。風呂の足拭きがなかった。次回は用意しておいていただけると有り難い。

Nettes Apartment

großes Apartment, Fenster sind mit Rolläden ausgestattet, man hat alles wichtige zu Fuß in der Nähe, alles andere ist gut und schnell mit dem Auto/Öffis erreichbar. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Ich bin eigentlich jemand dem immer kalt ist, also dachte ich die Klimaanlage werde ich nicht benötigen. Es war aber SO HEIẞ in diesem Apartment, eine Klimaanlage dazu zu buchen ist also eine absolute Empfehlung - ohne ist im Sommer nicht möglich.

top check in und check out; ohne Probleme; Hinweis auf Zimmer bezügl. Mülltrennung leider nicht korrekt - habe mir damit ein wenig schwer getan, da "schwarz" f. Restmüll angeführt war - aber nicht vorhanden war; Sonst TOP und tadellos; Vielleicht könnte man noch auf Website erwähnen um welche Kaffemaschine es sich handelt, damit man die richtigen Tabs bzw. Kapseln besorgt und mitnehmen kann, - ist nur ein kleiner Hinweis, sonst nichts

Angabe der Kaffemaschine bzw. welche Tabs oder Kapseln verwendet wenden, mir waren die angebotenen Kaffetabs zu mild (ist aber reine persönliche Wahrnehmung und völlig induviel); sollte auch bitte nicht als Kritik gesehen werden
