It had all the conveniences of a clean and comfortable apartment, a coffee machine, dishwasher, hair

This apartment was very convenient, to be in the city, close to shops, restaurants and some sight seeing possibilities. The apartment is spacious, clean, and the location wasn't loud. The parking provided in the parking garage was convenient to travel to and from other places. A special touch was some water and milk with some snacks as a nice greeting.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Outstanding interior and care about details by the owners, plenty of accessories, all kinds of glasses and very well equiped kitchen, the milk for the coffee machine, the almost unlimited amount of towels and the card for parking (even hotel Sandwirth does not offer that!) were the icing on the cake ! Perfect !

Just a tip : we did not find a hair dryer, maybe it was there but we failed to find it

It was a nice stay but there was dirty towels in the washer, the unit was ok clean but definitely could be better. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Paper towels would be nice. Don’t leave items for guests to clean like the floor, dirty dishes and washing machine.

On of my top picks to stay at!

Absolutely one of my Top 3 places I have booked with Booking.com. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Fully equipped and stocked with household items to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable like home. I wasn’t even expecting a lot of what was included. Very well located within the city by restaurants, parking garage and public transportation. The owners are so kind and helpful as well. I will gladly stay again if coming to the area.

When you first walk into the building it throws you off and doesn’t look as glamorous as the apartment but apart from that this was an excellent stay.

It was easy front of the door to pick up the keys. Easy to enter the code , what I got it a week before. Parking for my car was also perfect and free of charge. I can say location is 100% as well.

Location and apartment are incredibly nice. Flat is bigger, than I thought by pictures. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay, even the smallest details. Host is really nice as well, he answered immediately if I had to call and ask something.

The only thing is that we could not lock or unlock door in bathroom. But not a big problem, as far as we stayed not in a big group of friends.

Tastefully decorated home with practical kitchen and laundry equipment available for use. Location is perfect right in city centre. Parking is convenient and public bus station just behind the block. Very clean and warm appartment, well equiped, with all kind of mashines and kitchenware, you name it-you have it. Wi-fi worked perfectly. it's in center, quiet area. Key was easy accessable as well as the parking card. Parking was close. Children enjoyed their stay as well.

The apartment is well located with easy walking access to the sports complex, city centre, Spar (100m away), cafes, restaurants, markets, … The apartment is well appointed with some lovely touches like a little treat on your pillow, plentiful towels, toothbrushes, and more. The parking included was in quite an opulent place, with ample rooms, easy access, and spacious spots.

the coffee maker needs a de-calcing. Thus we think it affected the taste of the coffee because we suspect the beans might be getting a little old… We like a really firm bed, and the mattress topper was rather soft for our liking but this is such a personal preference, it shouldn’t affect the ratings.

Excellent experience

We were amazed by this place and would like to visit again. It is a spacious apartment in an old building which has an old time Austrian luxury aura. The decoration is well thought and kitchen is super equipped even better than the normal house. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Internet works well and the smart TVs made it easy to use our streaming accounts . The location is super convenient since you can easily walk to any place in the old town ; on the downside there may be some street noise at times but it doesn’t impact the very positive experience. As a family of four we had an excellent time, my kids loved the place and asked to plan another visit soon .

You need to first pickup apartment keys & the parking card and then enter the garage. It is a bit counterintuitive and since you can not easily stop/park the car near the entrance somewhat inconvenient. Make sure you follow the instructions the owner provides in advance with respect to the nearby parking ; everything is described there properly so you walk in prepared and it should not be a problem. Even if you fail to follow the parking instructions properly as I did, in the end there was a solution.

Odlično, še enkrat bi se odločil za to nastanitev.

Samo stanovanje - opremljenost, čistoča, prostornost, kvaliteta bivanja nasploh. Stara meščanska hiša in stanovanje, ki da svojo kvaliteto, a hkrati je vse obnovljeno. Lokacija je v samem centru mesta, kar je idealno, če si tam zaradi aktivnosti v mestu.

Okna ne tesnijo dobro, zato se sliši hrup z ulice, tudi malo piha skozi reže. Znajti se je treba glede prevzema ključev in parkirne kartice, ker je potrebno avto najprej nekje parkirati, potem prevzeti ključe in kartico in se nato premakniti v garažo. Ni bilo lahkonajti parking in v mestu ni čisto jasen režim parkiranja.

Это отель с квартирами-номерами. Очень чисто, очень хорошо оборудованная техникой и мебелью квартира. В самом центре города в старинном красивейшем здании с высокими потолками (4 метра). Удобные матрасы и подушки. Удобная система чекина и чекаута (ключ и карта от паркинга забираешь самостоятельно по коду из минисейфа на входе). Бесплатная крытая парковка рядом с домом. Очень рекомендую!
