It has potential but needs some work

Charming building and apartment. Despite the heat it stays relatively cool if you keep windows closed during the day and open at night only. Nice area, quiet but there’s nothing going on. Bills and Penny are less than 10 min walk but going to the centre or Strandbad is either a bus ride or by car.

Bathroom could do with some upgrades. There is no shower curtain so you either risk flooding the place, or you squat down in the bath. Also watch your head by the sink - it’s underneath a stair case so tight space. The toilet could use a modern toilet bowl - it’s rather old and grimy. May as well put a sink in to wash hands. Kitchen is functional but for the price being charged I expect at least one sharp knife that can cut a tomato. And pans without Teflon pealing off. Currently it’s ok to make coffee and breakfast but wouldn’t dream to cook lunch or dinner with the equipment provided.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed.

Our kids loved the size of the apartment, my wife loved the lounge-chair in the living room and I loved that I could park the car right next to the entrance, which meant I had to carry the luggage the shortest distance I've ever experienced.

If we were staying longer, we would miss some shelves and closets for storing things, but the most troublesome thing was the squeaky floor in the hallway - especially since the kids loved running on it back and forth between the rooms.

Nice clean and well equipped big apartment in the quiet part of the city, 10 minutes walk from city center. Parking in the yard.

Comfortable accommodations for a family of 4.

Location was good, bus stop less than a block away. Spacious, and bright. Supplied fan. Comfortable beds. Nice apartment for a family.

A wonderful stay in Klagenfurt

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Everything is spotlessly clean, well equipped. It has two terraces with a beautiful view, private parking in the yard. The hosts are very kind. The city center is a 10-minute walk along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no sink in the toilet, only in the bathroom.

An OK appartment that could use a more homey touch.

The property is near the city center (15 min walk). The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Had a place to park our car. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was very clean. It was warm as the heating was pretty good (outside temperature was bellow zero).

There were no closets in the apartment, no hairdryer. In the toilet there is no soap or a place to put a towel, no place to put a toothbrush. Lots of unused space in the apartment. Night lights in the main bedroom were difficult to reach and electricity sockets were few.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Große, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße, mit eigenem Parkplatz im Hof. Dort steht auch ein Kirschbaum, wir durften sogar von den Kirschen naschen, dies war ausdrücklich erwünscht. Sehr netter telefonischer Kontakt zur Vermieterin
