Convenient, clean, spacious home from home.

Beautiful clean spacious apartment. Within 10 mins walk to the centre for shops and restaurants. Supermarket just found the corner. We had access to a parking space as well. Total of 3 miles walk through the park to the shore of lake Wörthersee. I really couldn't fault the host or the accommodation. I would book again if returning to Klagenfurt.

Fully equiped apartment on the perfect location.

We stayed for a week and would definitely recommend the apartment. Our hosts were very helpful, we could use the bikes and their cards for free entrance to the main city beach. The apartment is clean and fully equiped and it is on the perfect location - 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 15 by bike to the Woerthersee.

Wir fanden ein sehr komfortables und sauberes, großzügiges und liebevolles Appartement vor, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben!

Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine hat nur für zwei Tassen Kaffee funktioniert, danach leider nicht mehr. Im Nespresso-Geschäft sagte man uns, dass Problem sei bei diesen Maschinen bekannt. Vielleicht könnte hier Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Per una visita a Klagenfurt ottima soluzione

Disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario, c’è stato un problema con acqua calda prontamente risolto il giorno dopo. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere centro a piedi in meno di dieci minuti. Parcheggio privato

Verificate magari in fase di prenotazione con il proprietario quale appartamento vi attribuisce sul sito le foto sono di più appartamenti, nel nostro mancava lavatrice ad esempio che era fra i servizi offerti, fatto presente ci ha comunque fatto usare quella di un altro appartamento appena possibile. Alle mie figlie 12 e 14 anni è mancata la Smart tv per poter accedere a Netflix

Il titolare della struttura è una persona squisita. Avevamo prenotato 3 notti ma per motivi personali siamo arrivati con un giorno di ritardo. Ci ha proposto di rimanerne una in più gratuitamente. Al nostro diniego ci ha garantito in una qualsiasi altra occasione un soggiorno gratis. Che dire...ovviamente l'appartamentino rispecchia il titolare...perfetto! Pulitissimo, caldo, completo di qualsiasi accessorio, intimo e silenziosissimo. Facile da trovare. Parcheggio privato. Vicino a tutto compreso un campetto per sgambamento cani, distributore di benzina e Lidl. 10 minuti a piedi da Neue Platz. Insomma adatto per chi cerca un soggiorno perfetto. Grazie ancora e complimenti. Dimenticavo....cane al seguito....nessun problema...
