City-Loft in Villa 100und10 - Charmantes Dachstudio beim Lendkanal

The apartment is located in a villa in a very nice part of Klagenfurt: very quiet but also close to the university (which was important for me), the lake and the city centre. The connection by bus is very good; I was not using car, but the parking space was also available for guests. The Hosts were very nice and helpful. Thank you for your hospitalty! The apartment itself is sizeable, with all kitchen amenities, a spatious living room and a small bedroom. I liked the colors of the walls and the wooden floor. The bathroom is also very functional and clean. The apartment is designed with a lot of heart put in it, it has a very nice cosy atmosphere. I also appreciated that there was a washing machine and drying area available for the guests, since I was on a longer journey. The check-in and check-out were rather well organized.

I would probably install more storage space for clothing, e.g. add more hangers and/or install a chest-of-drawers (e.g. in the corner of the living room, where now there is an armchair). I would also provide the locker code not in a complex document with much other info it it, but in a separate simple message, since on a journey the internet sometimes does not work as it should, the document wouldn't open, and this vital information can stay blocked.

Casa molto grande e super pulita Al nostro arrivo c'era una bottiglia di vino con 2 calici e cioccolato. In cucina era presente cialde caffè, the zucchero, una piastra per cucinare, pentole... Piatti ecc ecc tutto l'occorrente. In bagno bello grande con super doccia c'era sapone e shampoo. La camera da letto grande è comoda. Mi è piaciuto moltissimo Sotto casa c'era supermercato, benzinaio, fermata autobus. Parcheggio in strada sotto casa. Voto 10!!

Metterei solo una prolunga per la luce sul comodino.

Erneut ein sehr schöner und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in der Villa 100 und 10. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Die Vermieter reagieren auf Anfragen sehr schnell.

Leider ist kein Licht am Bett, da an dieser Stelle keine Steckdose ist (Verlängerungskabel fehlt).

Accogliente, pulito, oltre le nostre aspettative. Ci torneremo.
