A great, central stay with an easy check-in, helpful host, solid amenities, and private parking

We stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp, and the self check-in was super easy. There was also an extra set of keys, which was helpful. He accepted us with our dog, and the place had everything we needed… good Wi-Fi, proper heating, and a comfortable setup. The private on-site parking was a big plus. The apartment is also very central, so it was easy to get around on foot. Highly recommend. If we’re in the area again, we’ll book here again.

I recommend it

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the main railway station and a 10 minute walk from the historic city centre. There is a public transport stop nearby where you can take a bus to the lake (a great destination in Klagenfurt). The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need (except a microwave).

Unlocking the apartment is a little tricky - you have to install a special app and use Bluetooth next to the door, otherwise it won't work. The rooms are big and difficult to heat - I don't know how it is in the winter, but when it was 10 degrees outside, we could barely get it up to 18-20 degrees. The apartment is on the first floor, facing the street, and if you don't want to be seen by pedestrians, you'll need to keep the blinds down outside and the lights on inside, even during the day :)

Perfect apartment for a family stay in Klagenfurt

Big, nice, fully refurbished apartment just at the city center. Rooms are comfortable, big bathroom and living room with kitchen area. Check-in process was easy, the owner opened the apartment for us remotely. Parking in the shadow in the courtyard, was very handy.

Apartment location is fine. Short walk from train station. Taxi refused to take us from train station to apartment so we had to walk with all our luggage. Apartment is spacious and clean. Secure location. Host was accessible by phone.

Booking.com advertised that the apartment had a FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. This is NOT TRUE. No airport shuttle. Host provided phone number for taxi. Very disappointed as that is the reason we booked this location. Had to make multiple phone calls to arrange transportation. Also, Booking.com represented apartment as having a front desk. Also NOT TRUE. No front desk. Guests were UNABLE TO TAKE SHOWERS because shower was slow to drain and caused water to leak onto bathroom floor creating hazardous, slippery condition. It was only a one night stay, so we managed, but felt very misled by falsely advertised amenities.

we had 2 days a problem with the heating due to a problem, which could be solved on the second day. The host was very helpful, but due to the fact that we were traveling with a baby it wasn´t the best moment for that kind of problem. Overall, the host carried about the problem and tried to solve it immediatelly!

Sehr schönes Arpartment im Zentrum!

Es war sehr Sauber die Gastgeber waren sehr schnell mit den elektronischen Information und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Ein wirklich sehr schönes modernes Arpartment. Wir hatten auch für meinen Zwerg ein tolles Babybett alles im allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön dort.

Es war in der Nacht allerdings sehr kalt in den Schlafzimmern vermutlich hatte die Heizung eine Zeitschaltung. Das war sehr unpraktisch für uns wegen meinen Kleinkind aber es gab zum Glück einen Heizstrahler da war es dan nicht so schlimm. Dieser ist allerdings sehr laut und ich musste ihn über Nacht immer wieder einschalten weil es schnell kalt wurde. Ich finde es trotzdem sehr gut das es eine Lösungen wie einen Heizstrahler vor Ort gibt und bedanke mich sehr dafür. Alles andere war perfekt.

Top Lage — unkomplizierter Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Der Vermieter war hilfreich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten ein Frühstück zu besorgen - durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof auch an Sonn— und Feiertagen. Es gibt dort eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.😊

Heel fijn appartement op een fijne locatie tussen station en centrum in

Het was een goed verzorgd, leuk en compleet appartement in een rustige straat. Het is slechts 10 minuten lopen van het station en je loopt zo het centrum in. Het appartement is compleet uitgerust en heel erg schoon. Toegang gaat makkelijk met de app. De bedden zijn prima.

Er viel niet echt iets tegen maar omdat het warm was (30+ graden) toch 1 ding: Een airconditioning zou een welkome aanvulling zijn op de faciliteiten in het appartement. Het kan erg warm zijn in Klagenfurt en een airco is dan wel een beetje een must. Je kunt namelijk niet goed ventileren in de nacht omdat het appartement op de begane grond ligt. De bedden zijn prima maar de kussens wel aan de grote kant en als het warm is dan ligt dat niet lekker. Het aanbieden van tevens wat kleinere iets minder dikke kussens zou fijn zijn.

Für einen Kurzbesuch eine gute Adresse.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral, ist gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Toll ist die Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Super war für uns der Parkplatz im Innenhof, der sogar mit einem VW Bus über die etwas engere Zufahrt gut erreichbar war. Es sind auch genügend (jedoch gebührenpflichtige) Parkplätze in der Umgebung verfügbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern erfolgte via WhatsApp und war sehr freundlich.

Aufgrund der Fotos hatten wir eine etwas höhere Erwartung, aber alles in allem passte die Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist leider recht hellhörig und da aufgrund ihrer Lage im EG und im Sinne der Privatsphäre die Jalousien immer unten bleiben, ist die Wohnung nicht so hell wie auf den Bildern.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft Sie liegt wirklich zentral, vom Bahnhof keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß und ein Spar Markt ist in der Nähe sowie eine leckere Pizzeria,wo wir schon Stammgäste sind😂 2geräumige Schlafzimmer und die Dusche und das WC sind separat Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort, wenn es Probleme mit der Türöffnung und der App gibt….Vielen Dank!

Ich habe nichts zu meckern….es war soweit alles ok Lediglich die Badezimmer Türe könnte einen Tropfen Öl vertragen
