Spitzenlage, direkt am Benediktiner Markt (Do+Sa). Clever ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, super Druck auf der Dusche, Moskito Screen am Fenster, bestes WLAN, Bäckerei direkt nebenan, jeden Tag geöffnet. Raphael ist ein toller Gastgeber, sogar kostenloses parkticket für Messe Parkplatz liegt zur Nutzung in Wohnung bereit.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Kneipen um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist in Top-Zustand, außerdem hat sie eine Klimaanlage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Wörthersee und in den umliegenden Bergen.
Da gibt es nichts zu mäkeln.

Das beste Studio ever! Die Lage ist sensationell, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Mückennetz am Fenster - top. Küche komplett eingerichtet. Raphael und Achim sind sehr nett - CheckIn CheckOut supereasy.
Ein Regalablauf mit Aufbewahrungsfächern hat gefehlt (analog den Nachttischen, einfach mit mehr Fächern). Ein zusätzlicher Vorhang am Fenster wäre gut. Das Kissen ist suboptimal bequem.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Klagenfurt, alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komfortabel, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber haben vor der Ankunft sehr gut über alles informiert und kleine Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung bereit gestellt.
