Nice apartment in the city centre.

A beautifully renovated apartment located right in the heart of the city, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Paid street parking is available, or you can use a free parking spot recommended by the host within walking distance.

The apartment is located directly above a bar, so until around 10 PM it can get quite noisy if you keep the windows open. The air conditioner is extremely loud, leaving you with a choice between the noise from the bar or the air conditioning. Additionally, on Thursdays and Saturdays, a street market sets up right under the windows from as early as 6 AM, making it difficult to sleep in. On the bright side, you’ll have the opportunity to taste fresh, local products from the market. While the apartment itself is truly wonderful, the constant noise from the street or the air conditioner makes it hard to fully relax.

Absolutely perfect, a very pleasant place to stay in beautiful Klagenfurt

Very well renovated apartment in the heart of Klagenfurt city center, cozy neighborhood. The furniture is very new, clean and with a very nice taste. The owners let us use a pass for free parking. Everything was very comfortable; below the apartment there is a bar/pub but it closes early and with the window closed no noise can be perceived. The bed is absolutely comfortable and so is the sofa. The kitchen is very new and functional.

Saubere moderne Wohnung mitten der Altstadt!

Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Raphael (der Gastgeber) war komplett problemlos. Ich hatte sogar einmal Hilfe gebraucht und er war sehr sehr hilfreich und zukommend. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, ich habe aber nicht gekocht, also kann dazu wenig sagen. Gerne wieder!

Großartige Wohnung und Lage; kann ich nur empfehlen!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, mit kleinen Details; da fühlt man sich gleich Willkommen. Wir hatten verlangt, dass das Sofa als Bett gemacht wird, und das war überhaupt kein Problem. Der Gastgeber war immer sehr nett und hat immer gleich geantwortet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, und es gibt in der Nähe einen günstigen Parkplatz. Auch Restaurants, Supermarkt, die Innenstadt sind in der Nähe. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Klagenfurt ist immer eine Reise wert und das Lidmansky 3 macht es noch schöner.

Es liegt wirklich in zentraler Lage. Bei richtiger Planung genug Parkplätze oder aber einige freie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Komplett schön und modern eingerichtet. Bei Bedarf ist auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Überhaupt, wenn der Sommer etwas zu warm sein sollte. Das im Haus befindliche Lokal stört überhaupt nicht, da die Sperrstunde ziemlich genau eingehalten wird. Für eventuelle Einkäufe steht der Benediktinermarkt Donnerstags und Samstag außer an Feiertagen zur Verfügung. Um ihn zu erreichen geht man einfach aus dem Haustor. Auch gibt es einen Aufzug, da die Stiegen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind.

Na ja, es gibt halt keine Eierbecher, aber dafür Schnapsgläser, welche man statt dessen verwenden kann.

Tolles Appartement, tolle Lage, netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ganz in Zentrumsnähe, gut mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Gleich ums Eck gibt es ein Marktgelände mit tollen regionalen Angeboten und auch guten Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Kleinigkeiten für die Gäste. Moderne Ausstattung, bequemes Bett und gute Lage. Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne - ist vllt für manch einen wichtig zu wissen.

Es war so schon recht warm und noch kein Sommer. Eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens ein Ventilator müsste her.

Zentrale Lage - perfekt für Nachtschwärmer

Perfekt und gemütlich ausgestattetes Appartement mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gemütliche Betten und angenehme Bettwaren. Zentrale Lage mit dem Charme des Wochenmarktes vor der Tür.

Leider sind genau darunter einige sehr gut frequentierte Lokale mit Schanigärten eingemietet. Also eher ein Appartement für Nachtschwärmer als für Frühschläfer.
