This apartment was amazing in every way! Even though we arrived pretty late and that on short notice, the owner was there and very kind, gave us tips for dinner and made us feel welcome. The apartment has a parking space, is clean, modern, spacious, a great view and the beds are super comfy. Love that there's a bigger tea and even coffee selection than I'm used to from other apartments or hotel rooms even. Almost sad that we only stayed for one night. Will absolutely come again!

New and modern eco friendly home it’s almost have everything including coffee and tea necessities

Just a suggestion to have a microwave in the room and the balcony has a bee nest so we can’t go outside to enjoy the outdoor space

Quality accommodation

Furnished to a high standard, quality equipment and facilities- even the toilet! Well located, convenient for the town. An evening drive to, and walk around, Torrente Mis was beautiful. We had one small issue that was dealt with promptly and helpfully.

Beautiful

We arrived at the hotel after 10 days of cycling through Austria and Italy, and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Everything was pure luxury. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — he helped us wash and dry our clothes, and generously offered us coffee, tea, and plenty of biscuits. The location is surrounded by greenery, with a huge and beautiful garden. Everything is arranged with great taste and style — a perfect combination of comfort and elegance. Highly recommended!

Not cheap but a stunning place;

Lovely place! We were only there for a short time (an overnight stay ready to leave back to the UK) but the location is great albeit out of Belluno! Christian the host speaks good english and was very welcoming!

From the moment I stepped through the doors of this hotel, I felt a sophisticated atmosphere and the warmth of the host. The surrounding environment of the hotel was also breathtaking. The hotel's location allowed us to enjoy magnificent views and unwind in the beauty of nature. The breakfast was delicious, and we were treated to a signature dish prepared by the host, which was a true culinary delight. It was a festival of flavors! Overall, this hotel has left an unforgettable impression on me. The excellent service, elegant atmosphere, and delightful cuisine were outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it and can't wait to return.

Enjoyed the silence and the new and clean facilities.

The host was very nice. He made us a great breakfast and was fun to talk to. He said he was planning to expand the activities there and start a bar which sound super cool, if its already opened I would love to go back again.

Great place - newly built in a green area, so no worries about rumours in the night - but also close to city center....., great garden, very friendly host and breakfast staff (the breakfast is more italian style but with cake done by the owner..so i was pretty satisfied by it).....i liked the B&B a lot and will come back, if the Giro d'Italia is around...a very personal remark: .the toilet is great...never had such a gimmick, but i already miss it a lot....,-)

Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay! Christian is a great and welcoming host. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and modernly designed. Everything is new and of the highest quality. There is even a Japanese-style bidet, for the gadget lovers :) The breakfast was amazing, and made per our request. We even received a few fresh tomatoes straight from the garden! It's very apparent that Christian enjoys hosting (and cooking for) guests. The place is easy to reach, 5 min drive from the town center. There is a private parking right next to the room.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Struttura super moderna e curata, dotata di ogni comfort. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma in camera abbiamo trovato il necessario per farla: tazze, macchina per il caffè e una scatola con cialde, buste di te e dei biscottini. In più il proprietario ci ha dato la camera con vista giardino allo stesso prezzo di quella che avevamo prenotato noi.

A me personalmente non è piaciuta la doccia aperta da un lato e il water con il bidet incluso. É presente un water tecnologico dotato di un telecomando.

Si riposa meravigliosamente.

Posizione distante dalla strada quanto basta per non sentirla nè vederla. Immerso nel verde. Struttura nuova. Materasso confortevole con topper, doppio cuscino. Ho dormito come a casa cosa che difficilmente mi capita. Mia figlia con famiglia aveva una stanza enorme con matrimoniale e due singoli per i figli con una terrazza enorme veramente eccellente. Dovendo soggiornare per più notti ( ne ho fatta una sola) suggerisco di prenotare la matrimoniale con vista sul giardino. La matrimoniale semplice ha vista sul parcheggio con qualche problema di privacy. Nel complesso ottima collocazione.

La mia stanza dava sul parcheggio, dove possono passare tutti gli ospiti, con un'ampia porta finestra, quindi per avere privacy bisogna tirare le tende. Avrei preferito saper questo particolare quando ho prenotato, avrei cercato di prenotare una delle due altre stanza con vista sul giardino. Comunque visto la collocazione, la tranquillità e la pulizia anche questa stanza l'ho apprezzata molto.
